We only spent one night at Paul's place before a flight. It was convenient to the airport, clean, and very spacious. Would highly recommend.

The villa was an excellent choice for my family’s stay on the island. Alain’s warm introduction upon arrival is greatly appreciated. Our entire stay was utterly seamless from the amenities to the overall ambiance of the villa. When in Saint Marteen the place to be is the Blue Lagoon! Take Care!

Mariana and Manoj were great hosts. Communication was very effective and they were flexible with our check out time.

The stay was very pleasant and the home was impeccable. You won’t regret booking with this host. They were very attentive and hospitable. From the location to the views we enjoyed our stay at this villa. I will definitely book again when I return to St Maarten.

Oliver was a fantastic and very responsive host, always ready to answer our questions quickly. The location of the villa is absolutely amazing, with a breathtaking view that we loved to admire every day. Although the villa shows some signs of age and could benefit from some renovations, it has a lot of charm and character, which made our stay special. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to those looking for a beautiful and relaxing place.

From start to finish of our stay the host was very accommodating and responsive. The villa is beautiful and the location is ideal as it’s near to all amenities including a private beach at Indigo Bay. This came in handy when there are a lot of cruise ships on the island and other beaches are busy. The villas had everything we needed to feel very comfortable and at home, our family of 4 which included my kid who is 4 years old definitely enjoyed it. Each bedroom and bathroom was very clean and is one of the best stays we’ve ever been. The pool was ideal and not too large. The views are amazing and you could see the ships as they come in and out of port which was very cool. I would easily recommend here to anyone else and would definitely consider staying here again!

There's a reason Fleur de Mar has a near perfect rating. Their villa was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The view is incredible and the villa has everything you could possibly need. It also was close to everything. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. I'd also like to give a big thank you to Donald their house manager. Talk about responsive, he literally showed up within minutes when we had an issue with the air conditioning. He was super friendly and called to wish us a safe journey home. I can't wait to go back!

Everything was as described and as per the pictures. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Everything worked without issue. Great internet. Very quick responses on any questions.

Josanna and Joe are very gracious hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Accomadations were very comfortable. I would recommend this accomadation for anybody who would like to learn and/or experience the local culture and venture outside of the all inclusive zone. These people & surrounding residents are a joy. Everything is provided for an enjoyable stay and if you happen to overlook or forget something, they are more than willing, or unrequested, supply something you missed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Firstly, let me just say that Shameeka is host extraordinaire! Very friendly, transparent, extremely helpful and respond promptly even before I confirmed my booking. I felt right at home. The place was beautifully designed, impeccably clean with stunning views. Loved it!!! Shameeka, thank you for being an awesome host! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend staying at this airbnb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were looked after well. The place was in a great location, clean and had everything we needed. Host is very responsive. 10/10 rating.

We enjoyed our stay for the week! FYI, the apartment is on the second floor and you walk across the street through a grassy area to get to the beach. There are many street dogs along the road. The kitchen was stocked to make our own food when desired. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are available for use. The couch and beds were very comfortable! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a close drive to many other main activities. Highly recommend Indigo Bay Beach Bar for renting chairs and umbrella on the beach for a day. A parking spot is available for a car. The hosts brother lives below the apartment and also owns the Tortuga restaurant on Maho Beach. We were able to take our fresh caught Wahu fish to have prepared by his chef and it was delicious!

This property is a gem right in Porto Cupocoy. You’re surrounded by restaurants and are minutes from the beach. Pool is amazing and there is a nice grocery store out the front door

Stay here!! Great location, walkable to everything you may need. Comfortable, clean. Felt like home. Jolanda and Maarten are so accomodating, helpful and responsive. Friendly neighbors. Balcony was perfect to sit and have morning coffee and evening cocktails overlooking the Yacht Club and bustling Simpson Bay. I could go on and on. I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend.

Minerva’s place really is a home away from home. It is so spacious and comfortable. All rooms have airconditioning, and with the 2 bathrooms it has all the comfort you need. Also in the kitchen everything you need is there, we were able to cook a great meal. The view is amazing and the location is very peaceful but a short drive away from Philipsburg. The kids loved the Iguana’s that are outside in the morning (don’t worry they don’t bother you). The beds are brand new and very comfortable. Minerva is the best host you can imagine!

Anne is definitely a super host being very responsive and making sure we were comfortable. Anne made time to greet us when we arrived which was very special. The condo is well located and had all the appliances and resources to have relaxing stay and also very quite. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from the patio. My only negative feedback is there are lots mosquitoes in the condo complex which caused lot of discomfort for the first three days and then we had to shut all the doors to prevent mosquitoes from getting in. Definitely future clients need to keep this in mind and take precautions

We had a great stay the place has great views and easy walking distance for food. We will be back.

Harry’s place was absolutely perfect for my best friend and me! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and secure thanks to the gated property. The location couldn’t be more ideal—everything is within walking distance, and the beach is literally right at your doorstep! The apartment itself was spotless, with a super cozy and welcoming vibe. The hot water was a dream after a day of exploring, and the balcony was such a charming spot to unwind. We rented a car, and the parking lot across the street made it so convenient. Harry was a fantastic host—super responsive, helped us carry our luggage, and even offered early check-in and check-out. He also shared tons of great local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. I would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful spot and view. Very quiet and peaceful. The place is very neat and tastefully decorated. It’s spacious and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend renting a car to get around or you can get a taxi/bus for grocery shopping and eating out. One beach and one restaurant are at walking distance though.

Tracy place was absolutely amazing—so comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in such a great location, especially the amazing views. St. Maarten is truly a paradise, and staying at her place made the experience even more special. We loved every moment, from relaxing having a coffee looking at the amazing views to relax in the pool with the family, and exploring the stunning surroundings. It was an absolute pleasure, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to share in the beauty of Tracy wonderful space. We hope to return one day and create even more amazing memories! Note: First impressions of the road to the villa was surprisingly steep but after a few drives , you get used to it. I would say, it prep you for all the adventures on the island.

Lovely apartment. Very spacious and well located with all what you need for a short stay. Quiet and good place to spend good time. Kevin left us all the basics in the kitchen and lots of towels to use.

This was my second time in Sint Maarten and I had to get this place again. The location is a 7 minute drive from Phillipsburg and 10 minutes from restaurants on Welfare road. A 2 minute walk to Lucky. You can't go wrong here, the jacuzzi is an added bonus. I plan to stay again next year.

We had an amazing stay at Simona’s place in Sint Maarten. The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, and had the most beautiful views of the island. The place was exactly as described, and the photos didn't even do it justice. We loved waking up each morning to the stunning views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The pool had an infinity-pool feel to it and the gym was great, as well. Simona was flexible and accommodating, in that, we needed a late checkout and Simona was more than happy to oblige. We also felt incredibly safe during our stay. The building had excellent security, and the staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and always available. We even felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood late at night, which was a big plus for us. We would highly recommend and look foreward to booking again when we return to the island.
