Vacation rentals with a home theater in Upper Normandy

Greg's apartment was one of the best BNBs that we've ever stayed and the view to Eiffel Tower was just amazing. The place was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our family of four loved everything about this apartment. It was close to everything but in a very safe neighborhood. You can take Uber ( cost only $10-$15) to the most of major places in Paris, or you can take Bus #72 without transfer. Lastly, I want to say Greg was a very nice and professional host. He greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour to the apartment, which made us feel at home. We would love to choose Greg's apartment again when we are back to Paris next time.

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

This is the best place to stay. If you are thinking about choosing a place to stay now, don't hesitate. There is a clean space and perfect amenities. The interior is also so pretty and you can rest comfortably. It also has a lock on the common gate, so it is safe. Security is good because you have to open and enter the room a total of several times. There is a large grocery store right across the street, and it is a transportation hub. All good, we had a very nice family stay. The baby bathtub was very helpful, only the house instructions were not so accurate, it's not enough to send a manual. I always consider personal attention better.

Alina was the nicest airbnb host we have dealt with. She was very responsive on communication both before and during our stay. She allowed a flexible check in and out which suited our flight times. Alina also gave us several recommendations for local restaurants and places to go. She was at the apartment within half an hour when we had a technical problem which needed fixing. The apartment itself is very spacious. It is on the 6th floor but there was a (small) lift. We took the stairs on the way down and the lift on the way up! The decor was very modern and tasteful. Alina had left us some toiletries and even some bits of food and drinks. The shower was powerful which is important to me! The location was great for us whilst visiting for the Olympics. A train ride to Paris and other Olympic venues. We would definitely stay at this apartment again when we return to Paris. Thank you Alina, you are wonderful!

The apartment was very clean and the instructions to check-in were very clear. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Valerie was a great host. The apartment was close to the metro stations and the Eiffel Tower. Very walkable to many restaurants and shops. Valerie met us to let us in and get us orientated to everything in the apartment. She even had a bottle of champagne in the apartment. We didn't need it, but it was nice the apartment had a washing machine. For the months prior to us checking-in, Valerie was very responsive to any questions. She helped us get setup on the G7 app, so we could arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport. When we go back to Paris, we will definitely rent her place again if it is available.

Great location, beautiful accommodations and wonderful host. Our group of 5 had ample space. The large private yard was perfect for our dogs. Grégory, a great host, provided bikes to use and games to play. Highly recommend.

Nice house in a very quiet and family-friendly residential complex less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach and promenade. We could barely enjoy it as it was a passing house to be able to visit Normandy, but the house matches the description and photos, very complete kitchen, cozy terrace and an excellent location. The owners are lovely, very helpful at all times. Ease of entry and exit, which although we could not enjoy it is much appreciated.

Small but functional and in a great location. Aurélie welcomed us in person, which is very nice. At your disposal a complete binder of recommendations, addresses, visits to do, restaurants, useful numbers... The terrace/garden is sunny and pleasant, the view from the master bedroom is clear and we even see the sea! The dining area in the kitchen is a little cramped for 3 adults but the kitchen is well equipped as well as the rest of the accommodation. A perfect place to stay in the heart of Mers -les-Bains.

we chose this place in order to have a pleasant and peaceful weekend, which was the case. the lounge area, its smart TV and its home cinema accompanied us all weekend the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are big and comfortable big bonus for the ping pong table in the basement we'll be happy to go back!

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Very good pleasant welcome, it's really to be recommended , easy to access , close to the Porte de Versailles 10mn walk , local restaurant, bakery 80 meters for the extra morning. All equipped That's perfect .

Muriel and Francois were amazing hosts. They were in touch from the beginning to learn about our arrival and provided suggestions about transport and things to do. The appartment is on an 8th floor and there is 2 person elevator to get to it. We were 3 guests and the appartment felt spacious and well maintained. Also, I appreciated the house guidelines that were provided by our host with information about the wi-fi, windows and others. Finally, the place was very clean and it made it easy to find stuff like detergent. Extra funny story: one day it rained on us and we got back to Muriel's place for a very hot shower and when I opened the bathroom door I activated the smoke alarm which is just ouside of that door. We had the windows closed and opening them and letting that steam out made the alarm sound stop. Before it stopped, I was already contacting Muriel to get some help, she is super responsive! The hosts and the appartment definitely are magnificent, I would stay here again

Absolutely amazing stay! Perfect location both for exploring the town of Bayeux and the Normandy region. It was unseasonably cold while we were there but the heat kept it super comfy. The interior was cozy and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and also had great local recommendations.

Very responsive host, accommodation matches the photos and description, very nice decoration, it feels good right away. Very functional apartment, nothing is missing. Just one thing a bath mat. If I have to come back, I'll come back to it. Close to all shops and the beach, perfect for visiting Cabourg Houlgate and Deauville.

We had a great time in Chartres with the Christmas fairytale and when we returned to Laetitia and Alexandre's accommodation we were delighted because the studio is perfect there is nothing missing... everything is spotless... The bed is really very comfortable...we love Chartres because it's a beautiful city and the locals are very welcoming.. We'll come back for sure.. Thanks again..
