Wonderful place to stay when visiting West Chester. Beautiful home in a great location - close to the University and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. Well stocked everything you could need with plenty of room for a family or small group.

Me and my family have never stayed in an air bnb where we felt the warm home feeling. This home has all the great qualities you want to feel right at home ! The beds were extremely comfortable! This house was also very kid friendly!! Very spacious for a large family . We recommend this home to anyone visiting PA

The place was a great place for a get away. Amos and Juliana were so helpful and responsive. They left us a delicious apple pie and plowed the driveway for us after the snow. Wish it was warmer so we could use the outdoor area more. Can't wait to go back when it gets warmer.

I’ve been staying at airbnbs for many years now and this is the first time I’m lost for words. This place has every single amenity that you’d need and more. Snacks! Water! Beverages! Sweets! Coffee! The list could go on all day. Normally I need to hit a grocery store to get the basics but I did not have to in this place because Richard and Britni thought of everything. And I got a very late check out which was so appreciated. I will stay here every time I come to Philadelphia and suggest you do the same (just not when I’m needing the place). One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

I don't know what to write that hasn't already been said about this property; however, it is everything that is described in the description, and then some. It's so quintisenntial PA that there isn't a better description of the property than just that. Two out-of-town families stayed here on a long weekend so that we could spend some time with local family. Everyone was able to gather in the home and relax. The bedrooms were spaced out so well that we didn't hear each other in our respective bedrooms. It snowed quite heavily that weekend and we spent a good amount of time on the property enjoying the fresh snow and gigantic snowflakes and the simple tranquility of the area. The long snowy driveway was plowed by the property owners directly after the snow stopped, which was a nice perk even though we were driving SUV's. The response to any message I sent was quickly answered at all times. A family member left prescription glasses there and the staff gladly FedEx'd them to me. 10/10!!!

A clean and comfortable home in a pleasant and picturesque location. I would easily come back in warmer weather to be able to better enjoy the outdoors. Excellent communication with Lori. Completely pleasant experience.

Bill's place was. A stopping point for our move up the east coast and he wa fantastic. The driveway can accommodate a 26' moving truck with a car trailer attached. It was super easy to find and a very comfortable place to stay. Would stay again.

This is not my first stay at Daniel and Barb’s place. I always find peace here. They are so welcoming. The place is clean and serene. I came to rest and recharge and it was perfect. I love the desk area so I can study and read and then relaxing with my tea on the comfy couch. And the bed is so comfortable as well. I usually take my pillow with me to places, but not here! I am so grateful for this place. Thank you!!!

Parking is somewhat of a hassle in Fishtown, but otherwise the place was great. Clean and cozy.

We selected Annie’s studio because of the location, just off South St and walkable to many places we were interested in. Very close to the river walk. It’s perfect for 2 people, all newer upgraded appliances. Heirloom Market is right up the street and has everything you need.

We had a great stay on Elfreth Alley! The location is perfect and easy to walk everywhere. The place is adorable- clean, well appointed and well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the gas fireplace, the cozy and historic feel and the opportunity to bring our pups with us on our visit to Philadelphia. We'd definitely recommend this place for folks who want all the comforts of home and an unbeatable location. We will be back!

Fantastic location right in the middle of Old New Castle. Everywhere to eat & have a few drinks is either right next door or within 2 blocks. My wife and I came to see the Christmas festival and tree lighting and we are so glad we got to stay right in the middle of it all. James and Chelsea were excellent hosts and if we come back, we will definitely be staying in one of their properties.

Like staying at your Granny’s (in the best way). Beautiful apartment and neighborhood, neat old details, clean and cozy. Marc was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

My stay at the countryside house was incredibly pleasant. The nature around brought a sense of peace, and the fresh air, combined with the absence of city noise, contributed to a complete recharge. The house is comfortable and cozy, perfect for solitude or a family retreat. The place left me with only positive impressions, and I will definitely return here again!

Loveddddddd the house!!!! PERFECT LOCATION Away from everything and yet close to everything. Super clean, super comfortable mattress, fireplaces throughout the house. The hot tub was an absolute bonus, we enjoyed every second of it. We will definitely be back.

I rented this house for my brithday weekend. It was the perfect size for me and my friends. The decor was modern and stylish and was very comfortable. The location was also not too far from downtown New Hope so it was easy to drive or Uber there. Recommend to anyone wanting a get away to New Hope.

My group loved this house!!! We had a big group (adults & children) and this house gave everyone the space they needed while still having several spacious areas to gather and spend time together! The outside space was peaceful and exciting for the kids to explore and the proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores allowed for an easy, stress free stay! The host, Heather, was very responsive and helpful when I had questions! We are already planning our next trip to stay at this property!!
