thanks so much for sharing your beautiful cabin amongst rainforest serenity. even with the rain my friends were cosy reading a book in a warm loungeroom, while i had fun in the bush exploring rainforest tracks, rivers and wildlife. birdfeeding at breakfast on your verandah. sunset bbq with friends. national park access so handy. a drive to allen river, williams top lookout, lagoon pinch, headwaters lookout reminiscing of the bus trips the barrington guest house would take us on 20 yrs ago playing spot the koala. we saw...lyrebirds, bandicoot, quoll, diamond python, parrots, bowerbirds, echidna, pademelon and gloworms. cannot wait to come back to this location location location!

This was the perfect place to stay in Scone. Lovely private setting back off the road, very short walk to the Main Street for shops and dining. The house was well appointed and very welcoming. Great off street parking too. Highly recommend this house and the hosts provided clear instructions & good communication. Will definitely rebook when staying in Scone again.

We had such a lovely stay, Nicole has styled the accommodation beautifully. The bed was super comfy , everything was updated and lovely. 🤩

This is the 2nd time my guys have stayed here for work purposes and have said that once again it was outstanding. They were there to do night shutdown works and were able to sleep throughout the day undisturbed, both have commented on how lovely and welcoming the property was and ticked all the boxes, they have requested that if at all possible, the next time they have shut down works in Denman that I see if this is available to book again.

Wow! what a stunning location. Away from the hustle and bustle this place was great. Well equipped and very comfortable it was perfect for a family get together. We even managed to score a little Christmas Fair in nearby Gresford with live music! Unbeatable views from the spa . Nathan , our host, was very helpful throughout. We would love to stay again.

A beautiful cottage with a great host. There were fresh eggs, milk, bread, butter, granola, yogurt and freshly baked treats which delicious. Highly recommended!

A charming place to stay. This weathershed had personal meaning to me. I was a student at Gundy Public School about 45yrs ago and the old weathersed was where I would often sit and eat my lunch, talk to friends and play. Caroline also had my old school photo and one of my father's school photo from 1940. Amazing!!!! If I could recommend only two things; some sort of privacy screening around the outdoor dining, which would give more privacy when the blinds are up, along with a microwave. Caroline and Ian are perfect hosts. They went well out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast outside was incredible. Oh, let us not forget Teddy. The very energetic and super friendly Jack Russell. He is sooooo cute!!!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. It was so great to see my old school, along with seeing my dad (who passed away 42yrs ago) in his class photo. You made my stay!! 🤗

We stayed here with our three young children and had a fabulous time! The highlights were feeding the birds, rainforest walks and swimming in the creek. What a magical trip! Thank you Pat.
