Dana's home was just as described and pictured. There are an array of restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. Her home is clean equipped with all the necessary items one needs for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking available. Dana's home is situated in a beautiful complex. There were times we returned late at night, and felt completely safe. Dana is very responsive and accommodating when available. I definitely will request to have Dana host us during our next stay in Denver.

Anna was an amazing host! Very attentive to detail, clean space, and I was so glad to see the finish result of the amazing statue she had built! Would highly recommend!

Dianne and John’s place is beautifully decorated, complete with cooking essentials and more. When I arrived after an 8 hour drive Dianne came outside to greet me and helped me get a few things down the stairs, which I greatly appreciated since I’m traveling with my cat. It is a basement unit so there was periodic footstep and voice transmission from above, mainly around dinner time, which is quite reasonable. Otherwise, a peaceful, quiet place.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Just what we were looking for. We will be back!

The room is very nice, the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils are very well equipped, the kitchen and bathroom are also very clean, and it is also very warm to stay in winter. There are supermarkets such as target and walmart in the surroundings, and it is also very easy to drive to the freeway and to park back. Overall felt very good, recommended

This is an awesome property in a great, quiet neighborhood close to a beautiful park. The unit was spotless, well equipped, and nicely decorated. All systems functioned fine - good water pressure, nice lighting, plenty of electrical outlets, and good climate control. Check in was easy. David is a great host who reached out after we checked in to ensure everything was fine. The Airbnb listing and photos describe the unit clearly and accurately. The location is fantastic and very walkable with nearby restaurants, museums, and attractions. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent space in a great location. Very close to walking trails and restaurants and grocery stores. Living space in the house was very comfortable for 3 adults and a big dog. Backyard was also quite handy. And I must say, the kitchen was among the better equipped kitchens compared to many other airbnbs I have stayed in (and I stay in a lot of them!) Kenny was very responsive, and there were no problems at all in our 3 day stay.

It was a good stay for the 3 of us. It was a cozy little place. I like it, its quite and clean and its a good size place. The patio is really cozy and so as the inside it feels like home. Kendall is very responsive and accommodating. The place is really within distance of grocery stores and starbuck if you want and also its a quite neighborhood.

Great place within walking distance of local restaurants. The owners live above the space so response time was minutes. Very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. They do mention you may hear them above and you will. It isn't footsteps but rather the creaking/squeaking of the wood, just so you know what to expect. It was noticeable but workable. There are 2 beds, one of the rooms is open with no door. Again, just so you know what to expect. My daughter slept in that open room and said it was a very comfortable bed. with plenty of room for suitcases. The main bedroom has a queen bed and it is memory foam- firm when you start but you sink in and it was very comfortable and I got great sleep. There is a little backyard that was perfect for morning beverage and chilling in privacy. I will definitely stay here next time I visit!

This place was very nice, comfy and clean. She even left some beer and water in the fridge for us, as always asking how was the stay. There is also a coffee machine in the room, the bathroom was perfectly clean, and the room very clean and comfy. It is easy to find the place with the instructions, self checkin and very easy to get inside. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Denver. It also has a spot to park your car, as well as it is very near to bus stops if you are using public transportation. Very clean and felt like home.

Very comfortable stay, Chelsea was very responsive and helpful. Easy to get around from the location to anywhere in the city and surrounding areas. Would stay again!

Mervin’s place is exactly as described. Within 15 minutes to everything. Mervin’s home was clean and perfect parking. We had a peaceful, relaxing and fun stay!

Excellent experience at this condo in downtown Denver! Very clean, aesthetically pleasing condo with lots of windows and full kitchen & laundry, friendly front desk staff, safe/secure building, responsive hosts. Thank you to Brian and Melissa for this pleasant experience and I’m looking forward to visiting again on my next Denver trip.

Our host was very kind and responsive. The place was beautiful and had everything we could need. Very clean and tastefully decorated. I was very happy there!

Eric and Julie went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable. We asked if we could buy/order a crate for our dog for our stay, and they offered to bring and install theirs before our visit, which was very helpful and nice of them. The place was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
