Vacation rentals in Un-Incorporated Area

This place is a wonderful for a little getaway ! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, lovely and with a lot of staff you can do around (tennis table, cliff walks, swing, bbq). Even with a storm hitting and not having electricity whole first evening, due do Dundee outbreak, we bbq dinner, had a fairy lights with torches and used the water that they left in the fridge :) Thank you!

Louise's place was bright, quiet and spacious. It was very well appointed with thoughtful touches for travellers such as ground coffee and great museli. The studio was spotless and with a great kitchen. Within walking distance of Rapid Creek markets and nice walking along the creek paths. Easy drive to Casaurina and Nightcliffe beaches and food trucks. Quick also to get into town or up to Casaurina Mall

We loved our stay. It was great that our car was behind a secure gate and the location was so close to Darwin yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful as it is right beside the boat ramp and has a lovely water view to relax by after a busy day sightseeing. Michele was the best host, always contactable and so helpful. There was also extras in the house so it was just like being home ie condiments, mayo etc in fridge, and so much more. There was nothing more you would need. It was great having a dishwasher and washing machine. There was a drier but we loved there being a clothes line too, as the washing dried so quickly. Beach towels were there which saved us bringing our own. I highly recommend anyone coming to Darwin to stay here, it made our holiday so enjoyable. We had a lovely few days. We took the bikes to ride down through the parks to the beach at Nightcliff. A lovely cafe for our morning coffee. The Darwin festival was on- so we were able to catch the local bus and Uber back. The accommodation was clean and tidy and it was lovely to wake up to the bird calls. The children were well behaved- we barely saw them. A bit of noise in the morning as they got ready for the day- but just footsteps. Overall- a lovely stay! Hope we can come back next year!

Wonderful quietl place to stay with a large family. Host Mireille is very responsive. Would happily stay again in the future.

Such a comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully situated residence for my family to relax and celebrate our tropical Christmas. Torana was a gracious host who kept me informed in advance of our check-in of any additional information, and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Arriving to a ready-lit Christmas tree was a generous personal touch by Torana, and very, very much appreciated; it made us feel so much at home. 💖

Absolutely beautiful stay here at Nirvana. The house was beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting on the large deck enjoying the privacy and views of the bush land and bird life. Amenities were great and the host is lovely and helpful. There is a pool onsite which is not in use, but it was above ground (and the steps can be removed) so I wasn’t worried about our toddler. While there are midgies, we found a couple of mozzie coils was enough to keep them at bay. Beach access is via a short track across from the property, and the sunsets were beautiful! Will definitely stay again!!

perfect position for us to explore Darwin attractions as well as sunsets from Mindl beach which were magical, followed by Thursday hawker street food markets and the National Parks. all stems from a good base. will be back sometime.
