The accommodation is very clean, quiet and has a nice ocean view. It is located in very convenient location with a lot of cafes, restrooms and convenience stores nearby. My family, my dog and I enjoyed staying at this place!

First of all, it almost matches the picture. Even on the weekend, it was a great value. Sani, who responds immediately. There was no discomfort. The sea view through the windows was also very nice. The facilities were neat and clean, of course. You can see the sea just a short walk away, and there are plenty of things to see and eat in Haeundae. I've been playing and resting so well without any inconvenience.

First of all, cleanliness is the best! It's close to nearby Haeundae, and the bed mattress is not turned off, so it didn't hurt my back, and it was nice, and I had a very pleasant stay: -) I think I'll use it next time I go to Haeundae!

It's right in front of Haeundae, so it's good. The bedding and bathroom are all clean. There was also a convenience store right on the first floor, so it was convenient However, I was a little disappointed, not the full ocean view that was shown in the photos at the time of booking. There is another officetel building in front, and it is facing the living room, so if you don't draw the curtains, you can see everything clearly. The ocean view is only visible on the left and right side. Apart from that, everything is fine. I recommend it to those who say they just want to sleep regardless of the view.

I had a great stay for one night! The sea of Haeundae is right in front, and it was close to the station or bus stop, and it was nice. The condition of the accommodation is really good, and the host responds right away. I want to stay again next time I come:)

The accommodation is satisfactory, though not as close to the beach as advertised. While the rooms are adequate, they may feel somewhat cramped for three or four guests. Future recommendations are possible. Thank you.

Julie is a very responsive host. The unit was everything my family and I hoped for, cross the road and there you are at Haeundae Beach. Very close to Haeundae's hotspot for food etc. Only setback is the lift as they are only 2 lift visible at the lobby & 22 floors so will always be full, so u can take the fireman lift behind the door or avoid high movement timings. Other than that, Highly Recommended

Superb view from the apartment. Host is very proactive and had man t good recommendations. Host is very caring and Communication wasn’t a problem. Rooms are spacious. Will come back to stay if we come to Busan again. Thank you for the accommodation!

I don't know how many times I've heard compliments that a large family stayed and grabbed the accommodation well. Please also prepare cup noodles and mixed coffee sensibly. I had a good rest:)

This accommodation was well worth the price. Extremely clean, the room had everything you needed and the view was spectacular. The location is very convenient with many restaurants around and the subway is very close too. Overall an excellent experience staying here.

I booked a lot with Airbnb or other sites and traveled a lot, but I don't think it's the first time I've had the heart or care of the owner in every corner as here. It was so good, it was comfortable, and I enjoyed it.
