This property is just amazing. I never had such kind of experience. Everything was just perfect. This place will be my fix place for upcoming trips. Host was awesome and friendly. Care taker was very supportive. Would like to mention one thing they had very good plants in the area and the aquarium. Also you will get good furniture in the dining area. Just ammmaaazzinggggg…..

My stay at Himanshu’s Property was really exceptional. We really love the property the stay was absolutely amazing as described comfortable neat and clean and well maintained. In the group of 7 people we all stayed in a comfortable manner. Excellent property to stay at Nainital which very close to Naukuchiatal Overall everything about this experience was excellent. This place is kid friendly, with lot of games and story books available. Food was great, whatever we asked to our caretaker ganesh to prepare, he would start preparing well in advance. There are two caretakers ganesh and the other one, a big shout out to both of them. If you are photogenic, then this place is for you. It was definitely what I was looking for. A home in the hills. Respectful, hygienic staff and great in terms of responsiveness Super friendly boys (sunny and puron) helped in handling the infant we were travelling with. Cook bhaiya (pawan) cooked us delicious home food and took care of small needs of the kids. The house was clean, well maintained and peaceful. One of the best resort I have visited till now. The people were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Food was freshly prepared. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Those who love nature and want some quiet time, should definitely visit.

The property is really big with just 4 Cottages and 1 Room so it was really peaceful jungle side stay The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities. The food quality is excellent Although our host Mihir was not present there but the onground staff including Mr Ganga did a excellent job preparing dinner late night will surely visit again Thanks Again

When we came across Akshara Yoga Farm Stay, we were excited to get a dog-friendly place near the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve (less than 30 minutes away). Akshara Yoga Farm is set amidst acres of farm land. You wake up with the birds' chirping and go to sleep with jackals' howling - that's how much you're surrounded by nature. Akshara Yoga had a lot of open space where my dog Fluffy loved exploring and playing till she was exhausted. We want to give her new experiences and this trip was one such. Village markets were just 15 minutes away from Akshara wherein we enjoyed freshly - roasted peanuts. The stay itself was comfortable. We were the only guests; so, we had complete freedom and privacy. We were provided adequate quilts and a heater to ward off the January cold. The food was tasty. Ravinder ji fed us the most finger-licking parathas for breakfast and vegetarian spread for dinner. Saurabh was an amicable and responsive host. We hope to meet Varvara on our next visit.

Everything was great The place was private spacious and good bathrooms There was caretaker to take care of our needs Although the heated pool was not in service and we specifically booked the villa for that

The property location is pretty scenic. You will feel cozy, comfortable and away from the noise of the busy daily life. On top of that, the food made by the staff is delicious and homely as well. The only thing I felt off about the place was the route to the property. The navigation ends around 200-300m before the location and it seems like there’s nothing around. We thought we were lost but then calling the person of contact at the property helped us out. A suggestion to the owner would be to either fix the map location of the property or keep the guests informed in advance about the route. Overall, we had a magnificent experience and will definitely recommend this to others!

It was an amazing experience, host was very helpful and they provide home food which was very delicious. Perfect place to stay.

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.

Our stay was really pleasant. Dr. Asit provided us proper instructions with pictures to reach the property. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. We stayed there for 3 nights with our 5 year old daughter. We were really concerned about her comfort and cleanliness of the space but thanks to the owner and the caretakers who have maintained the property so well. Mr. Dinesh, the caretaker was really helpful. He provided us with contacts of restaurants which served homely food. We really loved everything over there. It was worth visiting. It is 10 minutes away from Bhimtal, 1 hour from Kainchi Dham and around 1 hour from Nainital too. One can even stay there without visiting anywhere else. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway. Will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks Dr. Asit for this pleasant experience.

It was an amazing stay for our trip. We had seen pictures of the place, but after we reached the location was when we truly realised how beautiful and mesmerising the property was. The rooms were amazing. The best part was Ashok and team had everything ready for us. All our needs were well taken care off and they are really welcoming. Special shout out to Ashok for the amazing location and service. We love our stay here. Will be coming back soon with more time.

Everything was amazing at the property whether it be space or the hospitality but there is a major issue and that is non availability of power backup. During our one night stay there was a electricity cut around 7:45 PM and till 6 AM of the next morning as there was no power backup thus we have to spend the entire night in candle lights. So i would suggest that power backup must be there.

We stayed at Nitins place and it was a wonderful experience. If you want to a place where you want to enjoy peace with friends or family this is the place to go.

Absolutely beautiful, is what i am going to say about this property. It is located in a bit of an off beat place which keeps you away from the hustle bustle life of the city. Property will give you a feeling of owning a place like this in the future. ;) Green garden: It is filled with roses and trees like mango + Keenu + pines etc. It also has a beautiful shade where you can plan your ideal date. Trust me, your partner will love this. :) Rooms: Each room had a beautiful view and its filled with basic amenities. Living area: with maple wood flooring and jaw dropping interiors. And one and only prakash ji: who was really helpful in our stay. Property gives you an option of having bonfire and barbecue in just minimal amount. All and all, it’s a paradise stay if you want to enjoy a great vacation. Lastly our Superhost Gurmeet: He was very respectful/responsive and tried all his best to make our vacation memorable. We recently had a delightful stay at this Airbnb property in Bhimtal, and it was perfect for our two families with three kids. The property is well-maintained and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The layout of the property is ideal for families. With two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room featuring a bunk bed that comfortably accommodated our kids, we had ample space for everyone. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was a great bonus. The lovely nature view from the property, combined with the beautiful garden, added to the serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our kids enjoyed playing outside, and we all appreciated the scenic surroundings. A special mention goes to Mr. Akbar, the caretaker, who made our stay exceptional. He is a wonderful person and an excellent cook. The meals he prepared were delicious and catered to all our preferences. His warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.
