I along with office colleagues recently stayed at this villa, and it was nothing short of incredible! The homestay itself is a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly loved Outdoor dining area and it's ceiling decoration with lights, also the backside lawn has a great view of hills. What truly sets this homestay apart are the experiences they offer. The hosts went out of their way to ensure each activity was well-organized and enjoyable. The food was another highlight of my stay. Each meal was a feast of local flavors, prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. I especially loved Butter Chicken all thanks chef Kundan and support Satpal. The location is ideal for anyone looking to disconnect from the hustle of city life. Surrounded by hills, it provides a serene and rejuvenating environment.

This place is kid friendly, with lot of games and story books available. Food was great, whatever we asked to our caretaker ganesh to prepare, he would start preparing well in advance. There are two caretakers ganesh and the other one, a big shout out to both of them. If you are photogenic, then this place is for you. It was definitely what I was looking for. A home in the hills. Respectful, hygienic staff and great in terms of responsiveness Super friendly boys (sunny and puron) helped in handling the infant we were travelling with. Cook bhaiya (pawan) cooked us delicious home food and took care of small needs of the kids. The house was clean, well maintained and peaceful. We shall surely be back soon ❤️ Thanks to Aditi and Karan for hosting us and making the stay memorable.

It was a fantastic place to stay, near to Bhimtal lake. The care takers Suresh and Jivan are very friendly and always available for help. The food quality and taste is awesome. Overall the stay was very good and I recommend it to everyone who is planning a stay in Bhimtal.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The people were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Food was freshly prepared. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Those who love nature and want some quiet time, should definitely visit.

The property is really big with just 4 Cottages and 1 Room so it was really peaceful jungle side stay The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities. The food quality is excellent Although our host Mihir was not present there but the onground staff including Mr Ganga did a excellent job preparing dinner late night will surely visit again Thanks Again

An unforgettable wonderful experience of agro-rural touch with family especially kids. Kids absolutely enjoyed the nature in vast open farms, with kool tubewell bathe in mini pool. Organic and nutricious food is another joycake in the trip. The most touchy part is the Extreme care by Varvara Ma'm, who even in her busy schedule host us very well, and also took us on the beaitiful farm trip. We didn't felt once that we were at some private resort, instead She just made us feel that we were at our own home. She also assisted us to book safari in the forest. Stunning view, great property with a wonderful host- Dhruv - who was flexible and helpful at all times. The staff - Bhaskar, Prem and Pramod were brilliant and also amazing cooks - we loved the food and felt we could ask for anything no matter how small or big at any time. Truly beautiful surroundings, spacious property with an epic feel. We hope to return and have had such a memorable stay watching the mist roll in over the hills from the huge balcony with our coffee was like a dream each morning.

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.

Perfect family get away! We stayed here with our family for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary celebrations and it could not have been better. The property was breathtakingly beautiful with one of finest views of Naukuchiatal and the sun kissed skies. Unlike the mornings of metro cities, we woke up in the morning with the chirping of birds making us feel very close to Mother Nature. Our hosts Swati and Vinay went out of the way to ensure a pleasant and comfortable staycation for my family. Vinay helped me plan a surprise event for the anniversary celebration by helping me arrange a cake, getting the decorations done and also helping me find a singer for the evening. The caretaker Madan and his family were the icing on the cake. They not only ensured we got whatever we asked for but also much more. They spoiled us during the stay lol. Madan is a great cook! The pahari mutton prepared by Madan was finger licking good! A fantastic experience and highly highly recommended from us!

Everything was amazing at the property whether it be space or the hospitality but there is a major issue and that is non availability of power backup. During our one night stay there was a electricity cut around 7:45 PM and till 6 AM of the next morning as there was no power backup thus we have to spend the entire night in candle lights. So i would suggest that power backup must be there.

We stayed at Nitins place and it was a wonderful experience. If you want to a place where you want to enjoy peace with friends or family this is the place to go.

From the moment I booked until the end of my stay, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that stood out to me was how accessible Shivani Ji was throughout my visit. Whether it was recommending local eateries or offering assistance with any issues that arose, she was always just a call away, which gave me peace of mind knowing that help was readily available if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Snovika's cottage. The owner of this place Mr. Kavi is an amazing person. He himself being an Architect has tastefully designed this cottage. If you wish to enjoy the peace away from the city life this place is for you. Not to forget the organic pahadi meals they serve are absolute cherry on the cake. We will definately plan a visit again.
