The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.

Flavia treated us very well, always promptly. The house is large, spacious, cozy and has everything you need for a perfect stay, as ours was. The only flaw was the split air-conditioning in one of the rooms that was making noise, the rest were very good. Anyone staying at this place will love it. The house is 250 meters from the beach, around it has everything, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, etc. Very good. Very safe and quiet place. Congratulations Flavia on your home

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! I loved the stay. Home very clean and like the pictures. Small enclosed backyard, where my puppy can be free and at ease. Cris and Rodrigo welcomed me very well, and I intend to return soon. Capri Beach is very close, and with calm waters and a lot of tranquility. 10 for everything!

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.
