Wonderful stay, held all my family well, quite spacious house, great location, quiet neighborhood, we went to my brother's graduation and we were all together in the same house was great. We had a great week with family at the sitio. Beautiful surroundings and great outdoor area for bbq and swimming just as on the pictures. Although Leopoldina can get very hot, the house was cool and fresh. The caretaker of the sitio always very friendly and helpful when needed. Communication with Eduardo has been good. Hope to come back another time!

I loved staying at Raquel's loft. Ideal space, wonderful bed, equipped kitchen. The space is in a great location. Mr. David received us cordially, presented the space and made us happy. I am immensely grateful to Raquel for the great hosting experience and the MIMO! I highly recommend it.

The Refuge Bonanza space is an excellent place to go with family and friends! An exceptional place to disconnect from the city hustle and connect with nature! The weather is so pleasant that time has passed fast! We did not leave the refuge for nothing, a very complete place! Thank you Vanda for everything and so much! We'll definitely be back soon!

The place is fantastic, very good for welcoming friends. The barbecue area with pool is huge and still has pool. It was very comfortable to stay both for those staying at the house and for our friends who went to spend the day with us. We were very welcome by the caretaker, Carlinhos, and his wife who showed us around the house and where everything was. It was a bit difficult to find the place, but with the caretaker's phone to assist us this issue was easily resolved. The only problem is that there is no cell phone (only live chip on conventional cell phone, smartphone from time to time you get a signal). However, Carlinhos lent us his phone when we needed it. Would recommend!

Me and my friends live wonderful days in the chalet! The place is very cozy and quiet, the ideal destination for those who want to disconnect and are looking for a quiet retreat. The house is equipped with the necessary basic items, and has quietly accommodated the four people with whom I traveled, besides me. Joana was very welcoming with us, always willing, she gave us recommendations from places in the region, all the guidelines about the house and other tips, which were very helpful to us. Marcelo apt is one of the best located in the city, close to everything, quiet street and quiet neighborhood. Marcelo is very attentive and responds very quickly to questions and requests. Excellent cost benefit , fully matches the description. I recommend it too much !

The stay was great, the place has two separate leisure areas available, one with a pool and barbecue area, the other with barbecue, TV, board games, pool, etc. For having the two areas well completed, we enjoyed the weekend a lot. The rooms correspond with the photos and was very comfortable. Although Paulo lives on the property, we had a lot of privacy. Paulo and his wife are very friendly and gave market and party indications they were having in the city. Our group felt welcomed and at home, we definitely recommend booking with Paulo!
