Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Ubá

It was a great pleasure to stay on the Tania Maria site for a weekend. We came to produce an event in Viçosa and enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy in the forest area. As a large group (12 people) the house met all our needs and offered a cozy space. Large pool, nice garden and many spacious rooms. Tania also helped with the transportation/van to our group between downtown and the place so we can produce our event smoothly. We thank you very much for your help and kindness during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, it accommodated my whole family well, very spacious house, great location, quiet neighborhood, we went to my brother's graduation and we were all together in the same house, it was great. Wonderful Site!! I recommend the host to update the disclosure photos as it is the place is better and more beautiful in person. Home equipped with everything we need, spacious and ventilated rooms, all well organized and clean.

Haroldo was a great host, from the beginning of the reservation responding to us quickly, for check-in took us to the site, always very helpful and with great tips on what to do in the city. The place is sensational, very clean, cozy, an impeccable view and a very well-kept place, we feel at home, accommodated our group of 8 people with peace of mind. We will want to return for sure and we love to meet Haroldo and his friends !!

The place is fantastic, very good for welcoming friends. The barbecue area with pool is huge and still has pool. It was very comfortable to stay both for those staying at the house and for our friends who went to spend the day with us. We were very welcome by the caretaker, Carlinhos, and his wife who showed us around the house and where everything was. It was a bit difficult to find the place, but with the caretaker's phone to assist us this issue was easily resolved. The only problem is that there is no cell phone (only live chip on conventional cell phone, smartphone from time to time you get a signal). However, Carlinhos lent us his phone when we needed it. Would recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the cottage! The place is very cozy and quiet, the ideal destination for those who want to disconnect and are looking for a quiet retreat. The house is equipped with the necessary basic items, and easily accommodated the four people I traveled with, in addition to me. Joana was very welcoming to us, always helpful, gave us recommendations for places in the region, all the guidelines about the house and other tips, which were very useful to us. My name is Roberto. Work traveling...being away from home, I always seek a Good place to eat and especially sleep WELL. (which most often is not easy). Felipe is not only a person of the good but he gave all the support and attention to what we need me and my brother ... and when I arrived at the apto, it was better than the photos on the site. In addition to all Felipe's care in serving us, and the care for the house, super clean and complete. The kitchen is very good, large rooms with all the comforts/ TV and air. Super clean bathroom. Everything beyond what I expected... A pool and a TOP pool!!! And super quiet place! And to end the energy of the house is very Good. Honestly, I felt right at home Felipe won 2 more customers! I have already indicated to friends that they are representatives. Indico is definitely 100%! Valeu Felipe!!! Very Thank you!

The stay was great, the place has two separate leisure areas available, one with a pool and barbecue area, the other with barbecue, TV, board games, pool, etc. For having the two areas well completed, we enjoyed the weekend a lot. The rooms correspond with the photos and was very comfortable. Although Paulo lives on the property, we had a lot of privacy. Paulo and his wife are very friendly and gave market and party indications they were having in the city. Our group felt welcomed and at home, we definitely recommend booking with Paulo!
