Vacation rentals with breakfast in Tyrolean Oberland

Cozy, colorful, quiet accommodation, also very suitable with children, Brigitte was very hospitable and helpful! We will be happy to come back!

The house is well located with good access to lifts and hiking trails. The rooms are simple but have everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay if you plan on skiing in Warth, close to the local lift, friendly and affordable breakfast place nearby (also great for dinner), Sauna is amazing after a long day skiing, and host was responsive. All great!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Eugen's apartment. It was very clean, there was everything you can possibly need, and everything was thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment is advantageously located near the train station and bus stops. Communication with Eugen was a pleasure, he was kind and attentive. We definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. 5 min walk to town. Bakery across the street. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we could need. Great tips on restaurants and skiing! And even gave us a gift of local cheese and herbs when we left. We can’t wait to return and see this beautiful location in the Summer and we will stay here again!

Hands down, the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in. There was not one detail missed or overlooked. The place was decorated beautifully, the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were great. Daniela was amazing at communicating and answering any questions we had. We throughly enjoyed our stay and looking at those amazing views of the mountains each day. 10/10 recommend.

Cozy guest house. Some old building, but there are newer facilities :) Sink in your own room was a huge plus when going to bed and didn't want to occupy the common toilet for too long.

We had a great time staying at the Bayern resort. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and has incredible mountain views. It’s also very well connected to all the major attractions in the area. Loads of fabulous hikes around. Barbara is lovely and was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic.

Friendly host, Good Civil Breakfast, Room normal or a little rustic but comfortable, clean and tidy, High-quality and new bathroom. Beautiful view depending on the location of the rooms. For us, highly recommended as a weekend getaway. I'd love to come back.

10 out of 5 stars. We loved staying here! Great facilities, a new sauna, delicious breakfast, and Doris was a wonderful and friendly host 'going the extra mile'. The location is really easy to get to with the free ski bus. Staying here exceeded our (already high) expectations and made our ski trip to the area really memorable.

Beny and Rea are two great hosts and leave nothing to be desired. Breakfast was excellent and flexible in terms of time. The beautiful view from the bedroom is special. We liked it very much and would be happy to come back.

We spent the weekend here as a large family and were received in a very friendly manner. The inn is lovingly and cozily furnished, clean and well maintained, so that everyone immediately felt comfortable. Maria is a warm and helpful host at all times. Thank you for everything!
