What a wonderful and comfortable home. Plenty of space and very warm in the winter. Loved staying in an older home that the kids had plenty of space to spread out.

This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! On top of all of that, truly breathtaking views in every direction. We will definitely be back again!

One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

This space was great for our needs and was close to everything. Leadville is not a large town, so everything is in a 5-10 minute drive or walk. The place had all you would need to live there for weeks. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood near Main Street. Eric was very responsive and accommodating, and the home was clean and nicely furnished. It was very cold in BV the day we checked in and took a while to warm up, but was cozy and the gas stove created a nice ambiance.

Great hosts and a good spot to land for a couple days! Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. They proactively asked if we wanted an earlier check in which was very nice! They were always available to answer questions. The primary bed was VERY comfortable and it was a great space for a family of 5! Thank you!

We had an amazing time staying here for a ski trip. 20 minutes to Copper and to A Basin, and close to breweries and restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we could need. Would absolutely stay here again!

We can't say enough about how great Erin was. She was super nice and very responsive. She was by far the quickest and friendliest host we have had through Airbnb. We had a medical situation while we were there and she even offered to set us up with a doctor friend if necessary. Condo had everything we needed to cook three meals a day including basic spices, etc. to get you started. Plenty of space for 6 of us to eat together, play games, or hang out on the sofas. Kids took advantage of the hot tub each night. Very close to downtown, grocery store, and bus shuttle to Copper Mountain Resort. Check in and check out were very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back; maybe in the summer to enjoy a different kind of fun.

The place was wonderful and had an amazing view of the lake with close proximity to our favorite ski resorts! Check-in was very easy and the place was beautiful. Would absolutely stay again next time we visit!

A clean, comfortable condo with pristine views. It’s conveniently located and easy to find. There is a little noise from the road below, but it’s not overwhelming.

Great location for my fishing trip. Love the Avon area and made for a perfect spot to base out of.

We had a very nice stay at Ira’s place while beating ourselves up skiing every day! No surprises at his apartment since it was well documented and photographed in the listing. Hot tub was very nice after a ski day and the big hot tub towels appreciated. Easy walk to Main St for dinner options. All in all quite comfortable for the two of us. We recommend Ira’s place!

We had a great stay. The space was very quiet. Watched beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We were comfortable and felt at home.

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

My fiancé and I decided that we wanted to get eloped in Colorado. I searched all over to find the best views with a cozy place to stay and the bonus of a hot tub. The Grizzly Maze delivers in all ways. Shana and Jason were helpful and willing to drop pins for suggestions on cool locations for pictures and even offered to open their coffee shop up just to make us coffee. I highly suggest! 💖

All of my friends and I had a great time at this place lots of places to travel to and around the area the locals are very nice and friendly as well ask them anything and they usually answer any questions you have. Great view at night even if it’s dark as long as you enjoy nature.

Cute little house 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the fold out table in the living room to play board games. Overall a nice place to stay.

We had such a wonderful family trip at this beautiful location/house. We arrived with a red bottle of wine on the kitchen counter for us, after a long day of travel it was just what the Dr ordered. It was so cozy and welcoming. The amenities were top tier, from the kitchen utensils and spices, bathroom and cleaning supplies and lots of games! We completed two jig saw puzzles during our stay in front of the fireplace, looking out at the snow covered pine trees. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed to do so and a little more! We enjoyed the dining room table and made memories around that table. The home was about 25 min to downtown Breckenridge and the drive to and from the house was gorgeous. Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly from the second we booked the trip until after we left. Incredible stay

Merlot Moose was such a comfortable home for our family to enjoy our ski vacation. Very cozy and our adult children thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting in front of the fireplace or playing games! The kitchen was well stocked and it was so convenient to town… Just a mile away. Janis and Tyler were great hosts and very responsive to anything that we had questions on or if we needed anything. WIFI was great for those of us who had to work a bit from home! There was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and TVs in every room.

This condo was very comfortable for our family of 7. This includes 2 sets of parents and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes/pots and pans, as well as condiments, and coffee. It is also only 15 min to Keystone, 20 min to Copper Mt and 25 to Breckenridge. Loved the location!
