We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s. Matt was responsive and helpful before and after our stay. The house was spacious and looked just like the photos. The kitchen was well provisioned and we enjoyed cooking each night. The kids loved the use of the SUP’s and kayaks on the canal. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house was perfect for our needs. It’s so spacious and well set out. Comfortable and clean furniture, with plenty of options on where to sit and relax. Loved the additional toys available to use in the canal, pool was also great! Location itself was very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again. Host was lovely and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Awesome mini getaway. House was amazing. The slide, size of the block, Putt putt, park next door and beach so close made it so easy to amuse 6 kids ranging from 14 to 18 months old. We had 3 teenage boys, no technology and didn’t hear I am bored once. Thanks for the amazing weekend. We will be using you again and coming back to the property in the future.

Great house if you are ok not being walking distance to the beach. Pool, sauna and backyard were great. Nice outlook over the creek at the back.

Beautiful location and close to a lot of attractions. Lot’s of kangaroos in the backyard as well

The property had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the pool was perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Ian and Hillary were exceptional hosts – their communication was quick and helpful, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Byron Bay!”

Brittany's house was just perfect for us. We enjoyed our four nights there, the added bonus of being able to bring our dog Brian was amazing. Sitting on the back verandah in the afternoon watching the sunset was picturesque. Brittany was very communicable and would recommend this house stay to all - beautifully furnished and clean. To say we fell in love with Sherelle’s property would be an understatement, best Air bnb we have stayed in. Everyday we were mesmerized by the gardens & creek, we bonded with this property from day one, 5 nights was not long enough! I can’t really say much about the local area, because we didn’t leave the property 😂 I left once to the supermarket at Burleigh & it was 20 minutes away, other than that 🤷🏼‍♀️

We had a great stay at Glen and Nicole’s. House suited 5 adults and 2 babies really well. Communication before we arrived and while we were there was fantastic and we really appreciated having the additional porta cot and highchair provided to us. Having multiple bathrooms was a bonus for getting ready for the wedding we attended! Pool and spa was used everyday and was perfect to relax in. We did have the issue of a cracked pool tile cutting our babies foot but hosts were incredibly responsive and had someone out checking the pool tiles within 24 hours to inspect and book in a repair which I was impressed with. Bikes and pinball machine were great too! Short walk into the shops and the beach which we took multiple times a day. A little noisy at night time as Burns Street is the main street to get to a large hostel and free camping area but overall we could sleep quite easily. Would definitely stay again!

Great townhouse that was fantastic for a family. I really enjoyed our stay here and everything about the booking, check-in and stay went really smoothly. The communication we received was informative and helpful. The area is great with a good beach for young children within a 3 minute drive from the house. The house was clean, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could think of. Beds were comfy and having the outdoor balcony off the main living room made meal times really easy. I would happily stay here again and have been recommending to friends.

We had a really fabulous stay at Nicks place. It was just what we were looking for and had the best of both worlds. Very private and peaceful with stunning views that felt like you were in the middle of nowhere…..yet only 10minutes away from beautiful beaches. Close to the Northern Rivers Bike ride which as stunning and we especially loved using the hot tub on our return. The children loved all the green space to play on and also walking down to feed the cows and see the horses near by. A fabulous few days. Thank you!

We had a lovely two week stay at Sandy Souls. The location is phenomenal and the house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—it had everything we needed and more. Jim was kind, welcoming, and super responsive. I would absolutely stay there again, and would enthusiastically recommend Jim's house to anyone staying in Suffolk Park.

Beautiful house, everything as described and great location.

A+. We walked to beach and got coffee & food on way there or back. Kids played in pool when not at beach. Outdoor lounge furniture and table we’d eat at or play cards. Ice cold AC unit 🙌. Huge master bedroom. 2 other normal sized bedrooms. We cooked dinner many nights (stayed for 5) and had necessary everything. The coolest little community natural grocery store 2 blocks away. Really lovely place - my family had a blast.

Recurring stay at this wonderful residence. Absolutely feels like home every time. Hopefully we can stay again in the future. Michelle is an amazing host!

Beautiful stay in Suffolk Park. Lisa's communication was excellent and very informative. The house was really lovely - great place for 2 families. Easy walking distance to the beach, coffee and shops. We really enjoyed our holiday and the fantastic location.
