Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Sea wiev house

A wonderful charming house with an outstanding wiev over the ocean. It`s the last house on the road in a very child friendry area. 300 meters to the boat jetty, and 500 meter to the local beach with a public toilet. 5 km to supermarket, restaurang and health center. To watch the sunrise from our open air porch is an experience witch are few and far between. If you are a morning person, rise at dawn and face the sunrise, meditate or just have a cup of coffee in total silence on the trolley.

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. The sea is the actual host. And it's with you all the time. This house has been built with friends in mind. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The house is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN or HANDICAPPED. There are no safety features for children, the back terrace is not fully fenced, there is no ramp for wheel chairs, there is a risk for accidents.

The house is nicely decorated, clean, and perfect for families with children. There is a big playground in the community, which offers various outdoor activities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the house, and city center is only 10-15 minutes by car. Seaside and beaches are about 10 minutes walk. It was lovely to stay in this house for our visit with local friends.

Very idyllically located, clean and quiet accommodation, away from any stress. Check-in went smoothly and all questions that arose were answered quickly. Everything you need can be found after a 20-minute drive in Alingsas. We enjoyed it very much, thanks to Lotta and Hans!

We spent 4 nights in Karin and Magnus' guesthouse. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. We felt welcome and they made sure we had a nice stay. Contact went well and they responded quickly to questions. You can walk to a private beach in a few minutes for a refreshing swim. For us it was a great place to explore the area.
