Nice, cosy place, a bit outside the city center of Rome, but with excellent public transport connections. The host was very nice and always at our disposal whenever we needed her for help and tips.

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

I really love Alessandra"s warm and private home. I slept like a baby. The home is stocked with all that I need to make my stay very comfortable.

We had a really nice time in the apartment! It is very spacious even with four people which we liked a lot. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Both Federica and Mario are superb hosts. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they helped whilst we participated at an international sailing event in Tarquinia. I would whole heartedly recommend their little flat suitable for a young family or just a couple. The beach is next door and all facilities walking distances, with main supermarkets, such as COOP or Carrefour a short drive away. Tarquinia town itself is also a short drive away and well worth visiting. Great location and very friendly hosts.

Gorgeous place with a fab pool. Close to loads of lovely towns to explore. Great outdoor table for al fresco dining at night. Very authentic, rustic house but with everything you need and air conditioning in every room. We had two babies and Norma provided cots and high chairs.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Short stay but of great quality. The host was very responsive in their communication and gave us great tips on how to get to the destinations we wanted. Very kind and helpful. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, fresh and very clean environment. Delightful and relaxing pool. It feels like at home!

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Andrea was an amazing host. We had some transportation issues when we arrived (train strike in Rome) and he was extremely patient and accommodating! He even picked us up by car in the town next door as we couldn't access marina di brainsteri. He was always very nice and responsive by message and left us a lot of care in the accommodation. When it comes to the listing, everything is true to the listing. We were quiet during these few days, we were ten minutes walk from the station to reach Rome by train (30 minutes for just over 3 euros.) The apartment was spacious for two and had everything it needed. We highly recommend it!

Gorgeous place! The house and the surroundings were just beautiful. Lots of great places to visit in the area, and good food. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. We hope to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the pool!

We had a wonderful stay at Simonetta’s villa. It is in the perfect location just a short drive from the airport and shorter drive to the train station. The villa is very cozy and has lots of room. Simonetta is the best host I have had with Airbnb. She met us upon our arrival with pastries and a fire in the fireplace. Her hospitality sets a high standard for other Airbnb hosts.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

Very charming old house, in a quiet location just off Via Nomentana. Easy to get downtown with Bus 60. Absolutely fantastic roof terrace with all imaginable facilities for relaxation.

Staying in Gabriella and Luca's farmhouse was like a breath of air! We were greeted by Luca, very kind, who gave us directions to the area in a very clear way. But before our arrival we received precise and detailed directions on how to get to the farmhouse. The place is wonderful and the surroundings are beautiful. The house is well maintained, as well as the antique and valuable furniture that we really appreciated. We would have liked to stay more than two days, but surely, when we return to the area, the farmhouse will be our first choice. Thanks again to Gabriella and Luca!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

The finishing of the apartment is stunning. This place anyone would be lucky to stay at. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again!

A little corner of Paradise! We had such a great experience at Lidia's place!! Tranquil, green, quiet, and immersed in nature with views over the Italian countryside that are so inspiring. The house is perfect for 2 people because you will want to spend most of your time in the stunning garden anyway. Perfect for a romantic getaway and to recharge in nature and peace, living the slow-paced life. The host was really welcoming and a joy to chat with, they were leaving us with plenty of privacy while being available for any need. It's a little isolated and need a car to go shopping or visit the nearby towns. We wanted to stay at home and relax mostly, and the walks around in the olive groves were super nice so we only used the car for the food shopping. Highly recommended!

Daria is super friendly and very helpful. She created a small paradise and you are very welcome to enjoy it.

We stayed for a week here and absolutely loved it. It is exactly as seen in the pictures. Clean, modern and with a high standard. From the outside the house looks like a cozy cottage, and on the inside it is very modern with elegant furniture and a fresh and clean bathroom with a great spacious shower. The host was very friendly and cared about our stay. A perfect place for when you want to visit the beautiful city of Rome but also want the possibility to wind down after a hectic and busy day. Would recommend this place to everyone, and would definitely stay here again!
