Sea view penthouse with 130 sqm terrace

ChristianRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.
A modern living area features a bright blue accent wall and light wood flooring. A comfortable sofa is accompanied by decorative cushions. A dining table with white chairs is positioned near a window. A stylish light fixture hangs from the ceiling, while a potted plant adds greenery.

3 rooms Apt. 4 persons Vada Tripesce

PaulRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We stayed at this complex for one night at short notice as a family of three in Summer 24. After a little bit of miscommunication on check in, we had a pleasant stay for one night. The accommodation itself was fine and had most of the items you'd expect. The rooms were were part of a terraced accommodation block, were modern, clean and quite spacious. The pool was large, had plenty of loungers, and wasn't too busy most of the time. The rest of the green spaces around the facility were well kept. Pietro was very obliging and helpful and took great care to ensure that everything was fine with the stay. We were offered a late check out without any hassle (which we ended up not needing) and Pietro was often on hand to help with any queries. The car park was under cover and fairly close to the room, which was helpful in the heat. Overall, the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for for the one night.

Apartment Volterra

JoeRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Holiday House "Anna" - the MUSICIAN for 4-5 persons

KeithRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We could not have enjoyed our stay more . The house was very well situated in the town with restaurants and bars immediately opposite . It was nonetheless quiet when sleeping . Everything was spotless and Anna had generously equipped us from French coffee to Lipton’s tea. Our host was lovely and again generously insisted on buying our coffee on the last day when she spotted us in the cafe opposite on the last day . Thank you very much Anna for a lovely problem - free relaxed stay . Anne , Keith, Elizabeth and Nick xx

Elegant farmhouse surrounded by nature

GuiselaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Ricardo and Romina are really good hosts. Their farm is lovely and we were received with a bottle of Tuscan wine. The farm is in the middle of nowhere next to a nature preserve but if you follow the instructions on how to get there it is pretty easy. The farm is a nature’s paradise! We stayed in two apartments, one has two bedrooms and the other one has one bedroom. Both with full kitchens and reliable WiFi. Several towns are within a short drive and we had the opportunity to visit Florence, Sienna, Casole D’Elsa and San Gimignano. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Tuscany, this is it!

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

ChrisRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

House with view of olive trees, 10 minutes from the sea

MariucaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Very nicely located and cozy place to stay. We found the quiet location overlooking the olive grove great and the possibility to heat with wood. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with all the essentials, the center of Bibbona within walking distance (beautiful, about 20-minute walk). To make larger purchases you need a car, as well as to drive to the sea or to other places. We felt very comfortable and recommend this place!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Massimo's in a great apartment. Everything you need and more than expected was available in the apartment. The location right on the harbor is unique. The beautiful pedestrian zone with many shops and restaurants is only about 20 meters away. Massimo is a great host and person... You can tell how much he loves his business! He is friendly, helpful and always there when you have questions. Right next door you will find 2 very nice, small and unique bistros with great hosts who prepare a good time with delicious food and good drinks. Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!

Volterra - Palazzo Contugi (XIV sec)

RebeccaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at Persio’s apartment! The apartment is huge, well equipped and in a perfect location! Would definitely recommend. We managed the three story walk up no problem and we had a baby/stroller every time. If you’re trying to choose between the two bedrooms, Priori is larger and beautiful with a private sitting room. It is however louder as it overlooks the street. Ricciarelli has a larger bed (two twins pushed together/almost a king) and is quieter as it’s at the back of the building. It’s not as large as Priori but it’s still a big bedroom. Also, if you want a regular shower definitely choose the Priori bathroom. You can’t go wrong with any of the rooms, they are all lovely!

Casa del Mare – A green oasis just 100 meters from the sea!

MaurizioRating, 5 stars3 months ago
A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.
