We felt comfortable! Communication with Nicolet was quick, helpful, friendly! The cabin was clean, beds, pillows, mattresses comfortable! After a busy day on the nearby slopes, the sauna was very relaxing! Always happy to come back!

Very nice location in the pine forest, very good privacy, but also close to few restaurants, ski and cross country areas incl. rent offices. Hiking routes in walking distance. Supermarkets and gas stations are up to 30 mins drive. Very comfortable hot tub and sauna. All we needed was in the house. The house was very clean and fresh. All the equipment was new and functional. Communication was useful and friendly. Owners are very helpful and know the area very good. Very romantic and natural place to stay out of cities and big crowds.

The host was great, he was very polite and was ready to adapt to our needs. The house was very cozy and beautiful. The location is great if you are planing to travel by car otherwise it is quite remote.

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The two children enjoyed the animals & the many play opportunities on the outdoor area. It was all very clean and well maintained and even more beautiful than in the pictures. Thanks to the sauna and hot tub, we were able to relax well and the view was fantastic on all sides!

A great place to stay! The sauna and jacuzzi are of course an absolute highlight. The cottage is super equipped and clean. The location is very quiet and ideal for hiking. Andi is a nice host to contact at any time! Great, highly recommend 🙌

We had a lovely stay here! Beautiful setting and a great location for getting to so many amazing places, we saw so much and didn't have to travel for longer than 30mins. Communication was excellent and everything was just as charming as it looked in the photos, would definitely recommend :).

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It has a gorgeous outlook to the tree tops and is well thought out in every aspect. It was also super warm and cosy. We enjoyed the sauna too. Just a short 15 minute walk into a lovely little town with a great wine bar specialising in local wines and some nice restaurants and a 15 minute drive to Lake Bled. Nik and Marko were terrific hosts. Highly recommended

We had the pleasure of spending the turn of the year at Sepp's cabin and it was just a wonderful experience! Even in advance, communication was straightforward and all the details were clearly described – there were no surprises except the positive ones! The cabin itself was very cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. Particularly noteworthy is the oven, which made the cabin warm in a short time – perfect for warming up after a long winter walk. Despite the rustic charm, everything was super clean and very well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. We were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest and appreciated the peace and seclusion. It was the perfect place to get away from it all and welcome the new year relaxed. If you want absolute peace and a breathtaking view, this is the place to be! The hut is located at 1600 meters altitude, surrounded by fields, in the back you have a really great and captivating view of a mountain panorama. In the immediate vicinity is only Leonhardhütte. Managed all year round. But which was absolutely not disturbing due to a small hill between the properties, especially since only a few hikers got lost there during our visit. The cabin is comfortably furnished. A bit of “back to the roots” at a high level. Kitchen fully equipped. Due to the wood-fired kitchen stove, it got warm quite quickly and you always have warm water on the stove for rinsing, etc. Electricity and hot water are available via the Solar system with battery storage. We had a week of sun and always enough "power"! For us, the mattresses were too soft. Which led to a lack of sleep. We were there at the beginning of March 2025 and will come back!

Beautifully located cottage. Especially great for dogs, as the cottage is completely fenced and the host is very dog-friendly.

Andreas' cottage is cozy and lovingly furnished. During a one-week stay, we didn't miss anything. Self-catering is possible in the fully equipped kitchen, but it is also easy to dine at the managed huts. The arrival is explained in detail by Andrea and the walk in winter takes about 15 minutes with luggage. Everything is as described and in the photos. We had a wonderful time. A heartfelt thank you to the hostess!

The house was spacious and super well equipped: anything you could think of will probably be there and more - washing machine and detergent, barbecue equipment, badminton set, dishes and pots, coffee maker, metal straws etc. Tine was super helpful and gave us great recommendations for local activities. House is located near bakery and about 15 minute walk from the lake and has really nice mountain view. We travelled with our crazy dog but that worked out really well. Tine is really easy going and the place was all you can imagine and more. Definitely recommend

Very nice cabin with everything you might need. The location is great for hikes and few nearby ski resorts. Also the cabin is on very quiet especially in night.

We were two families (7 people), and the house was spacious and very well furnished—you’ll find everything you need, including toys for kids. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, with a nice view from the balcony. The RieserAlm ski resort is just a 5-minute drive away. It’s a small resort, but the slopes are perfectly maintained, never crowded (even on weekends), and great for small children and beginners. Klaus is a fantastic host—very helpful and always available. We were extremely happy with everything. We will come again. :)

What a stunning peaceful woodland home yet close by to enjoy activities in Borec. River is 5 minutes walk away. There is loads of space to relax and BBQ and we enjoyed the outdoor areas and saw dormice. The bedrooms felt beautiful and minimalist and calming. Very well stocked kitchen. We were 8 people - two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers) and felt like there was plenty of space for us. Highly recommend the zip wire across valley(!) with Zipline Slovenia. Also did a fab walk from source of Soca along river for 16kms. Resting and playing games at the cabin was great fun too.

For any questions in advance of our vacation, I always got quick and helpful answers from the landlord . The accommodation is as described. We were also able to use the fully equipped kitchen (electrical appliances,dishes,...)for breakfast (the bakery is less than 10 minutes away by bike). Only one should be aware that the upper floor of the house heats up on sunny days due to the beautiful large glass areas (cooling is only possible in the evening hours. The highlight was certainly the "private bathing area" in the back of the garden. The beach, Minimundus,stadium and the center of Klagenfurt (via the Lend Canal)are easily accessible by bike. We could very well imagine vacationing in this beautiful accommodation again !
