Vacation rentals with lake access in Tuross Head

Great stay in Sussex Inlet, very quiet location and being right on the river made fish and water activities very accessible, use of the kayak was fantastic. Lots to do and explore nearby, making it an excellent location for heading into Jarvis Bay and other nearby attractions. The local beach is only 5 minutes away too, was very quiet and had a surf patrol whilst we stayed.

A very peaceful, quiet and lovely location. This house was one of the best airbnb's I ever stayed. The house layout itself is great, withing living areas facing the beautiful view. The location is also great, within around 20min drive from most of the jervis bay beaches. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a rest from the city.

Thank you Renee for such a wonderful stay. From before we arrived, when she called to provide information, to the detailed recommendations she emailed we had a magical time from start to finish. The kids kayaked and paddle boarded every single day, the manta rays at Bendalong were an absolute highlight, thank you for the recommendation. Everyone raved about the perfect home and location by the lake and so many magical dinners and breakfasts were enjoyed on the balcony. Renee went over and beyond, we can’t wait to be back! A trip to forever remember.

We loved our stay, the house has a nice retro vibe and the furniture including beds was all comfortable. The kitchen had enough utensils etc. to get by with when cooking. We also had fun swimming in the river and the bathroom shower was good (other than its tendency to wet the floor). Would defiantly recommend the place and stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Angela's place. From beautiful lake views to seeing the kangaroos each evening, we had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Angela's place also had everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a short drive to the beaches and Husskinson.

The whole tribe had a Lovely week by the water. Easy to launch the boat. short drive to magical beaches. lots of space for everyone to hang out out on the rainy days.

This place is amazing. Easy to find and exactly what was advertised and more! We had 2 teenagers who were entertained by the water out the back and the bike track out the front. The house was big enough for us all, the garage allowed easy access for the kids to get and store their bikes and water floats. The kids would fish in low tide and float in the water on high tide while I enjoyed the lounge on the back veranda. This place is the perfect family retreat. Thank you!

Southern Belle was very comfortable, private and accommodating. Great location to stay during the busy holiday periods if you want to relax and avoid the crowds but also close to everything. Tony’s communication was great, I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.

Lovely peaceful place to stay - the cabin had everything you need - despite the weather being wetter than we would have liked it just gave us an excuse to stay in, use the hot tub and bbq and enjoy the quiet. The kids liked the trampoline and small play area and it was nice of Angela and Wayne to come and say hello when we arrived and give us a few local tips to explore - particularly to visit the nearby stingrays! Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful sanctuary Leah’s place is in quiet sleepy Swanhaven. This was the perfect place for us to switch off and chill out. So comfortable, which generous basic supplies, very clean and well presented. Perfect place for us to take our two little dogs as well. We particularly liked their backyard and outdoor entertaining area, perfect for dinner and cards.

I had beautiful restful stay to get some headspace from the city and would greatly recommend it for anyone looking for creature comforts and going off grid from the big smoke! Amenities were absolutely stunning and bedding and towels were lush. Thanks Caitlin and Michael!

The soothing sounds of the lake and presence of abundant wildlife make it really enjoyable. The accommodation itself is simple yet cozy. It features comfortable furnishings, ample natural light, and a peaceful ambiance. It’s clean and well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The afternoon breeze coming through the many windows cool you down after a warm day. What a wonderful cottage in a beautiful location.

We spend a beautiful few nights at Becs home. The home is gorgeous and so is the area. We were comfortable from the get go with a beautiful welcome package and comfortable space. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting some r&r. Will def be back when I'm back up this side of the country.

We had a lovely experience staying at Linda’s cottage. The location is beautiful and true to the pictures and description provided by Linda. Linda was also a great host and communicated with us promptly and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for our stay. The cottage was very cosy with all the amenities we could need for a short stay and and we felt comfortable right away. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to stay again in the future.

Carries place is a gorgeous property . It is very well appointed and Carrie and Tryg are both welcoming and friendly. It is very dog friendly and has a lovely relaxed feel.
