Villa vacation rentals in Tunis Governorate

We loved our stay at the beautiful villa in Ariana! The host gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around the house. The house is very spacious and had beautiful interior design. We were 7 people and the host made sure to have more than enough necessities prepared, like towels, toilet paper and bedding. Whenever we had a question, the host reacted in a matter of minutes and was always very helpful! The Villa is located in a very nice and clean area of Tunis. Plenty of restaurants are close by, as well as a grocery store right around the corner. Taxis are also easily accessible since the house is not far from the main road. I would definitely recommend this villa for families and hope to visit it again!!

Luxurious place. Extremely tidy and clean. Great location. Breathtaking outdoor seating areas and views. Probably one of the best one can find in Tunisia and on Airbnb. Kudos to the host for taking great take of the place and for being extremely hospitable. We highly recommend it.

The place is exactly what we were looking for! At the height of SidiBou, within reach of the beautiful balnche and blue alleys, close to the cafe des mats and micro merchants. Ideal for a few days to discover La Marsa, Carthage, Tunis and meet quiet in the evening! The pass to allow the passage of the car is extremely convenient! Thank you for a wonderful few days!

The house is fine, close to shops,restaurants and especially downtown. It has a rooftop with incredible views of the city as well as a large garden where you can quietly snack. On top of it is very easy to contact the owner, thank you very much to Mme Ramla and Mr Lotfi for this great welcome and hope to see you again.

Recommend this place if looking for a convenient and large place in the La Marsa area of Tunis. Very spacious, clean, and modern apartment with plenty of beds and comfortable living room. The yard has a grill and space to host a nice dinner outside or inside. The apartment is very close to the water and close to downtown La Marsa as well. Hosts were very easy to work with and overall helped us feel comfortable. I would stay here again easily!

Our stay at the villa was just fantastic! The place has exceeded all our expectations – it's actually much nicer than on the pictures. Everything was extremely clean and hygienic, which impressed us very much. The host was incredibly friendly, accommodating and available to help us at all times. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Sami’s villa off Marsa beach is a great place to stay. The space was clean and neatly kept. It had all the basic amenities (equipped kitchen, linens, washer, heat/AC). It had a beautiful viewpoint off the patio onto the water. The space is bright with ability to open up the living room to the exterior. Location is great. Steps from the main shops and restaurants at Marsa and a couple minutes walk to the Marsa Station which goes to Sidi Bou Said and Tunis downtown.

Very nice and reliable host., quickly responded to my requests. A very modern house, absolutely as described, in a very quiet and beautiful area.

Expect a clean place and a very welcoming host. The pool and the garden are nice and common parta are well arranged.

As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. Thank you again to the incredible hosts, they make you feel right at home and are there for any need you may have! 🫶🏽

Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!
