Annie’s unit is perfect for your own private space on island. Although it’s nestled at a family residential, you still get your own private unit and amenities listed! Location is very central so you’re close to most retail shopping centers and Grocery/Mom n Pop stores. Not to mention a cool 5 minute drive from airport. With that being said, Anni is also a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home with great hospitality towards her guests. She’s very communicative and willing to go beyond for her guests.

Cory's place was fantastic. Spacious living room, room, clean kitchen.. It's too comfortable for our three families to stay It was good.. And when there's a bit of a problem They respond right away. I solved it. If I come back to Guam, I definitely want to stay again. This is an accommodation ~ ~

Great apartment very convenient for people who like night life. Located right near a bunch of bars and reatraunts but still quiet and peaceful for sleep. Close to the airport and a great value. I definately reccomend staying here.

This is my second time using Airbnb, and it was such a great experience. Tomoko accommodated my early arrival (4am) to let me check in and have good sleep. Before I arrived, Tomoko has responded to all my questions with clear instructions of how to check in. The house is equipped with everything fundamental, also coming with free coffee pods, tea bags, little snacks for grab! I felt very comfortable like at home. The beach view is accessible from her door. The location is not so close to the city centre, it is however in a quiet and safe neighbourhood - if you have a car, distance ain't a problem! PS. I have walked both at day and night time but would still recommend using a car or taxi. While Tomoko may be busy with her work schedule, she always made sure she engaged me with nice conversations and catered my needs. To anyone who is looking to travel solo in Guam and stay somewhere clean and well organised but affordable, Tomoko's place is not a miss! Thank you so much, Tomoko :)

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.

The home was stunning and well worth the price. Three of the five bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms which was very convenient. The pool was perfect for an early morning or late night swim and the views of the ocean were spectacular. The covered patio was great for BBQ's and keeping us out of the sun. The large and spacious home had a modern kitchen with all the major appliances, and several sitting and dining rooms to spread out in. The washer and dryer also made it very convenient too. If you are looking for a home to house your family in a beautiful and comfortable setting - this is it.

It was the perfect place to stay. As soon as you open the door, you're greeted by the stunning ocean view, and we had an amazing time snorkeling and kayaking in the beautiful sea. Every detail, from the amenities to the coffee, showed great attention to detail. The manager was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any requests. Everything about this place was perfect. If I visit Guam again, I’ll definitely stay here. My friends and I were extremely satisfied. Thank you, and see you again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Guam, and that was largely due to this listing! Not only was the host so welcoming and accommodating, but also they communicated so well. Upon entering, I felt right at home. The kitchen, bathroom, and Aloha Room were all exceptionally clean! There was plenty of signage around the home outlining rules, best practices, tips, etc. One of the best features was how close "Micronesia Mall" was (you could easily walk there as well as the grocery store right next to it). Beaches and touristy areas were all so close with a rental car. All in all, this was a great value and I want to publicly thank the hosts for their kindness and flexibility. I wish to visit Guam again in the near future! ^^

This beachside duplex is an absolute gem! Brand new and beautifully designed, it boasts modern appliances and incredibly comfortable beds, ensuring a relaxing and luxurious stay. The location is perfect—less than 100 meters from the beach and just minutes away from excellent golf courses. A must-visit nearby is Jeff’s Pirates Cove, a fantastic beachside restaurant offering great food and atmosphere. The host, who lives next door, is warm, friendly, and always ready to assist, making our experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The house is beautiful and looked exactly like the photos posted! My family and I loved the beach, the watercraft equipment, the location, and most of all the beautiful surroundings. The house was immaculate, spacious, and well cared for. I highly recommend this house while visiting Guam. We will for sure return in the future.

The view on the terrace is amazing. Very good location to relax with family. We will come back for sure.

Dina’s place is conveniently located and close to grocery stores and gas stations. The home was cozy and clean with plenty of little amenities that may be needed during the stay! Dina was very flexible and responsive when it came to any issues or questions. I highly recommend staying if visiting Guam

Vma was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. The unit had split air conditioners in the bedroom and dining area. It was located in a convenient area in Upper Tumon. The easiest way to find the location using GPS, I found, was to enter "Lily Village Condo. " I highly recommend!

This is a cozy three bedroom apartment. We rented two bedrooms of it. Pretty inner design, excellent location (walking distance to beach). WiFi is strong. Assigned parking. Vma replaced the air condition in the living room the same day I told her the old one had some issue. And she also brought us bathroom and kitchen supplies when they run out.

Our host was super responsive and our accommodations comfy and in a great location
