Vacation rentals in Tumbarumba

We achieved quite a lot in the 3 days 2 nights that we were there, even though we arrived at dinner time and left early on the 3rd day. We did : - canoe- at the house little lake - stargazing- 2 nights in a row!! While sitting by the fire pit - sunrise watching while bird watching - cycling- house is 10 min to big IGA, chemist, bike shop (RideTumba- the best cycling shop we have tried so far) - lunch at Courabyra wine under a big tree with bells that chime when the wind blew - Alpine coaster at Thredbo (it's 2.5 hr away) - received complimentary wine from host own vineyard at the back of the house - Board games were provided, very useful icebreaker for the awkward teens that only get to spend time together occasionally The host is responsive and eager to learn how to improve their service. EV charger is still quite new to the house, best to bring your own charger as backup. There's a charger at Tarcutta- 20 min away from the house which can be packed during holidays.

A beautifully peaceful location - ideal for anyone who loves fishing/canoeing. The chalet is a wonderful mini retreat location, that’s exactly what it says it is. Wonderful hosts who made our stay very easy - even having a lit fire and fresh bread waiting for us on arrival. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah And Ron's. It is private, peaceful and the veiws are amazing. The swimming spot down the road is fantastic and sitting on the verandah watching the birds in the morning was an added bonus.

This Airbnb was an absolute gem! The location and setting were simply amazing, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. The house itself was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and more—every detail was thoughtfully considered to make the stay feel special. The peaceful atmosphere made it a true retreat, yet we never felt too far from local attractions and conveniences. The host was also fantastic—responsive, kind, and attentive without being intrusive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

What a great place for a recharge. We loved spending days boating on the dam, golf on our doorstep, and the tranquility of Talbingo. We’ll be back for sure!

What a perfect place to stay to explore the beautiful surrounds of Corryong and the high country. Kerri was a fabulous host and the place perfect for our two night stay.

Wendy and Richard 's place is set in a beautiful location just outside Tumut. It was clean, quiet and we could walk down to the creek to refresh in the water. The fridge contained eggs, bread and milk, heaps of cereal, tea, coffee and even timtams. Both Wendy and Richard were absolutely lovely to talk to and gave us a few recommendations. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It's a beautiful place!

I had a wonderful stay at Ria's Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing—clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. The checkout-checkin process was smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even more convenient. One small suggestion for improvement would be ensuring the utensils are thoroughly cleaned for the next guest, but this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of my stay. We stayed for three nights over new years eve, it is a great spot to relax and do nothing but watch the cows watching you. It's close enough to Tumba for supplies but totally isolated once you are on the property.
