Perfect place for our stay! The hosts sent clear instructions and everything was clean and perfect for what we needed!

Our visit to Tulsa was an early Thanksgiving celebration for our family and this home was central to creating a memorable stay for us. Gathering around the huge island in the kitchen for snacks and conversations, sitting around the dining table and also around the living room and fireplace to play games, and of course, the upstairs ping pong table (and popcorn machine) brought out so much laughter and a bit of our competitive sides! We also enjoyed the hot tub one evening which was lovely. With four couples there was plenty of space for all of us and the home was immaculate. The location cannot be beat. Being a block from the Gathering Place we took several walk to through the parks and over to the Arkansas River. Really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed the stay here and how special this place is. Hosts were also incredibly responsive and they have set up the home with everything you will need!

My husband and I stayed at The Beach House for an extended stay. We’re thinking of moving to the area and wanted to spend some time in Tulsa to see if it could be where we want to move to. This was our first Airbnb experience and Tim and Leslie made us feel so comfortable and welcome to their property and the area. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The area is super quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the bunnies and birds in the yard while we had coffee in the morning and while having dinner in the evening. The house is very quiet even when we experienced some pretty awesome lightning and thunder! Tim and Leslie were fantastic hosts and helped with some acclimating questions on day 1 and we didn’t need any other contact because the house was fully ready for us to use. We enjoyed our time in Tulsa and especially appreciated the hospitality and the welcome feeling we had at The Beach House. Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Tulsa.

Comfortable stay with lots of beds. The bathroom could use a new door on the master side, however we had a limited number in our party so it was not an issue.
