We are so happy with our experience at David’s. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The environment is perfect if you’re looking for a get-a-way from the bustle of the city but still want to be within a 25-min drive of the bustle. The estate itself is walkable and full of convenient shops. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The place is just as described. A place you will always want to come back to. Quiet and peaceful home!! Everything listed is present, the host and family members are always on ground to help incase you need anything. A lot of restaurants around incase you don't like cooking. Super markets and local markets are just walkable distance away. I will recommend this apartment over and over again.

located in a secure estate (gated community or cite in french) the power supply is just as described in booking. the host and housekeepers are very responsive. the apartment is clean and quiet. with good proximity to the lagos airports, makes a good deal

Excellent stay at Ulrich's; the apartment is very clean, everything works perfectly (air conditioning, ventilation, fridge, TV etc.). Clean neighborhood, close to the beach, airport, mall and good restaurants. The gentleman waited for me until 4am for the key exchange🔑; very nice, he showed us the good corners of the city of Cottonou throughout the stay, he is very responsive. I will definitely come back to that, I recommend it.

This was my second time staying and I will be back. A beautiful villa and a wonderful and responsive host.

This home is exceptional!!! Waterfront enthusiasts will be served: quiet, peaceful, the sound of waves in the evening, a very large flowered courtyard, Very high standard! I'll definitely be back. 😃

The hardest part is the end of the stay. Very nice residence, tastefully decorated and in a good location. Everything you needed was there to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. Communication with Landry was easy and the team was great. I highly recommend this listing! Thanks again for staying. No worries about parking in front of the residence.
