The place is just as described. A place you will always want to come back to. Quiet and peaceful home!! Everything listed is present, the host and family members are always on ground to help incase you need anything. A lot of restaurants around incase you don't like cooking. Super markets and local markets are just walkable distance away. I will recommend this apartment over and over again.

It's a good place to stay if looking for budget friendly place, quietness and peace. The staff on site especially Mayowas was great and super responsive. He should get a pay rise...lol Shower pressure on the top floor could be better by adding pressure pump to the water works and better if AI is used to control power distribution instead of calling the office every time to authorise microwave use when the building is being run on alternative power sources. All together, I will stay there again but on the ground floor and ask if appliances in my apartment can be preauthorized to use any time.

located in a secure estate (gated community or cite in french) the power supply is just as described in booking. the host and housekeepers are very responsive. the apartment is clean and quiet. with good proximity to the lagos airports, makes a good deal

The apartment and everything about it are wonderful. There is everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the terrace very nice. We were immediately helped with every question, whether in terms of electricity, mobile internet or just where you get fresh bread. We also used the car along with a super nice, helpful and reliable driver. I would want to stay with Sophia again with every stay. Thanks for two great weeks!

This is my second review from my second stay at Adewunmi’s apartment. After my flight was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I had no second thoughts about extending my stay. Myself and my partner have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. When my partner’s flight was delayed, Adewunmi allowed him to stay in the apartment beyond the check out time. He is really friendly, supportive and highly responsive. We would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you for hosting us.

This place is exceptional!!! Lovers of the seafront will be delighted: calm, peaceful, the sound of the waves in the evening, a very large flowery courtyard, Very high level! I'll definitely be back. 😃

Thank you M. Euloge for the stay. This is a great place. We stayed three months and had a great time. Richard and his son are so kind and the neighborhood is very safe! Great restaurants around, local market and international market not too far. I do not regret booking the place. The wired internet is super high speed and I was able to work remotely the whole time using Teams!
