Well, what can I say! I booked in the evening and ended up arriving at 2am, so super awkward for the host(s), but it was a problem for them at all. Initial contact with margarita was excellent and then her daughter Irina went above and beyond. You can book this and have zero reservations as Irina will help you with anything! THANKS GUYS 😊

The apartment and the complex are new and modern furnished. The apartment is fully equipped. Everything is provided: plates, cutlery, glasses, towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Anything that belongs to a home. The apartment building is secured 24/7 and there are very friendly people working. You'll be in the center in 10 minutes and the taxi (GG) will often be ready before you've had time to put on your shoes. In short, recommended for those who don't mind being a little further from the center.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

The place was even better than the pictures—truly a dream house! We were a group of 8 and had an amazing weekend. Every detail at the villa is well thought out, nicely decorated, clean, neat, and organized. The team was incredibly hospitable, helping us plan other activities and always quick to respond. They were responsive and highly professional. I would definitely recommend both the host and the villa. We would love to come back for sure!

Clean, spacious, very nicely designed. We had everything we needed and more. It feels like a true home! Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning :)

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5

A great place to comfortably disconnect from from the busy city routine with all the necessary amenities and services in the building.
