House was very good! Host was also good. It wasn't in the central but location was pretty nice.

The apartment is in line with the photos. Tata guided us perfectly well to get the keys. The views are fantastic and fantastic. I'll just have two quick notes: one on a slight smell from time to time in the bathroom and the other on a lack of dish to cook in the oven. But absolutely nothing prohibitive. Our stay went very well! Thanks again for everything.

One of my all-time favourite Airbnb stays. Eter and Artur really go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay, best hosts ever! The apartment is so amazing with a lovely outdoors space, a nice view, and super reliable WiFi for those working from home. Great A/C, great light, fully equipped kitchen, and everything else you need. Couldn’t recommend this place enough 💕

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

We were lucky to stay at Levan’s apartment. Levan is an amazing and welcoming host. The apartment is spacious and has its own unique vibe — it is full of nice details and art. The area is also a big advantage. It is near plenty of interesting places but in a very calm part of the district. So expect to have a good night sleep:) Thanks for the great experience, Levan!

Great place. Beautiful and cozy. New. Comfortable. Breathtaking view. And anyone who has no fitness agenda upstairs is really excellent for this. The place is clean and relaxing. One thing the stairs upstairs are not adapted for a small child. Please be careful. Highly recommend this place. Danny is very helpful with everything

You can’t find the better place in Tbilisi and the better host than Maka. Excellent communication, I didn’t have to wait for days/hours for her to respond , actually she replied straight away to my enquiry And the place - so nice to be almost at the centre of the city but be able to seat in the nice garden and enjoy the morning coffee outside . Bbq area was a huge bonus, Maka was so kind to let us use it. Pomegranates trees were another surprise, it’s my favourite fruit and once again- Maka gave us quite a few of those delicious fruits, and juicy grapes as well House itself was really nice , and quite big for our group of 3 people . Big kitchen with everything you need , I might would have added only a toaster , but I didn’t ask so blame on me and we’ve survived without it anyway Couple little supermarkets within 2 min walk , pharmacy, bus stop Very friendly neighbourhood, few times guys offered us help with our groceries Wish we could stay more , but hope we can come next year

Everything was great! Helen is an amazing host, caring and attentive. Everything you need for the first time was in the apartment: drinking water, tea, coffee, cookies, bathroom things, paper, towels, washing powder. The apartment is very cute, cozy, clean and beautiful! There are nice living room, large kitchen, very comfortable bed in bedroom and amazing balcony and roof with plants. The location and views from the windows are excellent because the apartment is located on the 9th floor and you can enjoy the beautiful Tbilisi. Best experience ever!

Victoria was very helpful and helpful when needed.The house is clean and will be one of the four rooms, the washing machine and microwave are in a shared space but otherwise can be finished in the room.It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and bus stop, and you can go to the city from there, so there is no problem.It is quiet at night as a surrounding environment, but there are many dogs on the road, so people who don't like a car may be better.Thank you so much!

The flat was clean, comfortable,very romantic. The windows are very high and location is a bit far from Old Tbilisi area or city centre. However we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we definitely recommend it!

It is a place where you have warmth during winter and lots of breeze during the summer, it has lots of space in a living room and its important to let your kids or friends hang around, but small and efficient bedrooms, which allow families to have their own bathroom etc. It is not far from grocery, restaurants, peaceful at night and day time, and modern.

I stayed in this apartment for a week. It was good and comfortable, with everything I needed.

The apartment is right in the center of Tbilisi, in walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants and historic places. The humidity in the apartment is very high but it has a dehumidifier for that.
