The place was in the middle of old buildings which is rather atmospheric, goid to walk towards the Tbilisi fabrica, which is also a very attractive place especially for young people. On a walking distance from David Agbashenebeli street, wich is one of the main streets to walk.

Cool comfortable apartment! I liked everything, I recommend it!

We are a family of three and stayed at Yulia's apartment during our visit to Tbilisi. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable place to stay. While it’s not in the city center, it’s just a quick 5-minute taxi ride away, and taxis in Tbilisi are very affordable. Yulia is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and always available to assist with any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

The apartment is in line with the photos. Tata guided us perfectly well to get the keys. The views are fantastic and fantastic. I'll just have two quick notes: one on a slight smell from time to time in the bathroom and the other on a lack of dish to cook in the oven. But absolutely nothing prohibitive. Our stay went very well! Thanks again for everything.

One of my all-time favourite Airbnb stays. Eter and Artur really go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay, best hosts ever! The apartment is so amazing with a lovely outdoors space, a nice view, and super reliable WiFi for those working from home. Great A/C, great light, fully equipped kitchen, and everything else you need. Couldn’t recommend this place enough 💕

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

I had a great stay at Giorgi's place. The home is located in a perfect location- close to all the main sites in Tbilisi and it's very easy to access the city. The place is clean and spacious, and it was easy to feel at home quickly. Giorgi is a great host who is always responsive and caring for his guests. I definitely recommend staying here.

Actually I travel a lot. I use Airbnb to get more authentic experience. Sometimes I am really lucky and discover amazing , unique places , accommodations, this apartment hosted by Maia was one of those special places. No matter how you get to Tbilisi, you have had a long day , to arrive such a perfect , cozy, peaceful and friendly apartment, which is very trendy and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. I felt like a home and it was a great start of my journey. The accommodation is located in the heart of capital Tbilisi, cafes, restaurants, markets and sightseeings are around, also, there is no problem to reach Metro or public transport. Maia is a brilliant host and was able to create a real impact on my stay in her apartment. Through her vast knowledge about Tbilisi, the history and surroundings, she could enrich my experience greatly. Everything was brilliant, high class! 100% recommend! Book if you want to feel real Tbilisi.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Great cozy and warm apartment,within walking distance of all central areas, the only thing if I'm not wrong in the amenities of the apartment is noted that there is no hairdryer in the apartment,but it is available!!!

Victoria was very helpful and helpful when needed.The house is clean and will be one of the four rooms, the washing machine and microwave are in a shared space but otherwise can be finished in the room.It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and bus stop, and you can go to the city from there, so there is no problem.It is quiet at night as a surrounding environment, but there are many dogs on the road, so people who don't like a car may be better.Thank you so much!

The flat was clean, comfortable,very romantic. The windows are very high and location is a bit far from Old Tbilisi area or city centre. However we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we definitely recommend it!

This apartment is fantastic! Located in the charming old town, it offers a unique and atmospheric experience. The incredibly high ceilings add so much character. With three spacious bedrooms featuring comfortable beds and three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub), it’s perfect for a group of 5–6 people. The kitchen has everything we need. The location is unbeatable – popular attractions and entertainment are all within walking distance, making it super convenient. Our overall experience was exceptional – nearly 100% satisfaction! The host was quick to respond to our questions, and all our requests were accommodated promptly and kindly. All in all, a great place in a great city! Highly recommend!

I stayed in this apartment for a week. It was good and comfortable, with everything I needed.

I truly recommend staying here. Sofo and her family are amazing hosts. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had booked a stay for three months and extended it another because I enjoyed staying there so much and felt at home. Every issue or potential issue that arose they took care of it quickly and/or informed me of it (sometimes there are utility outages or protests- that’s just Tbilisi for you). Sofo is quick in her communication as well. They have family that lives next door and they are also very kind. The whole family loved my little dog who I travel with. With me having such a long stay they were also kind enough to bring a change of linens every couple weeks as well which was so incredibly welcomed. The area is great- 15 minute walk to Rustaveli metro, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There are multiple supermarkets, produce markets, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minutes.

One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in! Everything matched the photos and description 1000%! Despite the recent pipe accident mentioned in the latest review, there was no sign that anything had ever happened. Everything was spotless, and not a single extra drop was out of place. The bathroom with the roof window is absolutely unbelievable—I highly recommend taking some time to treat yourself to a little home spa experience. Overall, this place exceeded every possible expectation. The kitchen, with its giant windows and terrace, was a highlight. Every detail was thoughtfully designed—cozy decor, plenty of pillows, and hotel-quality bedding. This stay was worth every dollar spent and left us with unforgettable memories. Completely quiet, with a perfect view and excellent location. Paul was very responsive, kind, and caring. I’d love to visit this place again!
