Incredible place, probably the best one in New Gudauri. Huge and cozy living room, comfortable bedrooms, amazing kitchen with all necessary stuff. Friendly and respectful host. The place is very warm even without using a fireplace. 11/10, absolutely recommended

Here’s an improved version: I had a wonderful stay at this place. The view was stunning, offering a peaceful escape far from the village. The property was equipped with all the necessary amenities, and there was even a small area for children to play in the sand. The space was clean, and the yard was spacious enough to set up tents, which Giorgi kindly allowed us to do. We had a great time camping there. There was also a fireplace in the yard, which added to the cozy atmosphere. Overall, the place was well worth the price, and I highly recommend it.

Cozy apartment that warmed us in the small town of Stepanzminda in October.The room is very well equipped with a variety of cookware.The host is enthusiastic and professional.The location is easy to find and parking.Even though it was only for one night, it left us a very good impression.

The cottage is very comfortable, clean and well-furnished, equipped with necessary equipment. We found all the necessary things in the cottage. The cottage also has a large and beautiful yard where you can relax. The hosts are very attentive and helped us a lot in everything. Highly recommended!

This place is in an unbeatable location—waking up to the breathtaking sight of Kazbegi and the majestic Caucasus Mountains was unforgettable. The cottage itself is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and perched on a scenic hill, just as stunning as the pictures. It was spotless, with all the essentials provided, from kitchen utensils to fresh towels and clean bedsheets, plus a wonderfully hot shower. The host was quick to respond and provided clear directions to the property. The uphill location offers an incredible view, including the iconic Gergeti Church Afar from the balcony. Without a doubt, one of the most spectacular morning views I’ve ever experienced!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cozy, clean and comfortable house, there is everything you need. it was easy to find, we had regular contact with the host. Beautiful place in nature. Thank you!
