Jerson's house is very well located at the end of the Huanchaco pier, far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the most commercial places. The facilities are as described in the listing and the whole environment was very clean. It has all the necessary amenities, even for long stays. He was very kind to guide me on how to access the house, open the locks, deactivate the alarm and access the garage. It was a great touch to have shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. Definitely recommended for families!

Place more than recommended! It is in a very central location close to many restaurants, pharmacies, markets and more, plus it is a super quiet area. The apartment is very comfortable and nice, it was well set up to have the necessary amenities and feel at ease. I would definitely come back :)

Wonderful house with everything you might need — clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. But what truly makes this place special is the surrounding property! The garden is absolutely stunning, full of beautiful fruit trees and peaceful spots to relax. It feels like a little paradise. And above all, the communication with Maria was exceptional — she was kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Marvel and her husband helped us really well when we needed a place to stay for the same night. Quick response and clear communication. The appartment is spacious and not too far from the beach in a quieter area away from the bars etc.
