For us it was perfect: 2 couples aged 65 to 78. The staircase of the bedroom located in the mezzanine is steep, you have to be agile and medium in size. The apartment does not seem suitable to me for large or very large people. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything is close by, shops, market, city center.

Nice apartment, perfect for 3 people. Views of the entire bay, from the landing beaches to Le Havre. Very comfortable bathrooms and beds. Very quiet on All Saints Day. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at the place! Everything was quiet and the space was clean and functional! Close to the city center, everything is within walking distance!

Great location close to the beach with views of the harbor. The only negative is that you have to go and get the keys from the office by the train station and not by the apartment. Some information is also only on paper and not electronically. Overall a great place and I would be happy to rent it again

If you are into sandy beaches, Cabourg’s the perfect place and very relaxing with beautiful promenades. Great views day and night. The apartment was modern and compact with lovery balcony looking west for sunset photos. The caretaker of the complex was very friendly and helpful too.
