Vacation rentals with a pool in Troon North, Scottsdale

The house is very pretty, it looks just like the pictures . And the host is very friendly and quick at responding if you need anything .

We rented the house for a ASU graduation. The home was about 10 minutes from ASU and downtown Tempe. Shopping and restaurants were close. It was a great location. Other pros - *Host welcomes dogs!!! *Host was very accomadating and fairly quick to respond.(A couple times he said he wasnt getting notifications). *open floor plan for entertaining and family *very nice pool, lots of pool toys and little putting green. *nice covered patio with comfy seating *had baby necessities! We didn't have to bring anything (crib, highchair, bath seating chair, a few toddler games) A few cons *Every faucet has great hot water but be careful it can be scolding and every faucet adjusted in a different direction to get the hot water *I wish there were more plates, silverware and blankets. Had some cold nights in december and thermostat reverted after 4 hours when we were sleeping *mattreses were somwhat uncomfortable. *Mind one neighbor; ) All in all it was perfect for our family!I was ery grateful

We had a wonderful stay! Michael’s house was everything we were looking for and more. Perfect place to cook all weekend and hangout by the pool. Everything was super clean and very well stocked. Michael was quick to answer any questions we had and very friendly. The amenities were fantastic, so much fun using the pizza oven! Huge plus to be able to watch the football games too. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Michael was a great and responsive host. His place is exactly like it appears in the photos; beautiful open kitchen and living room, large comfortable bedrooms and a great outdoor space with a pool. Everything was very cleaned and well stocked when we arrived.

We just completed a five day stay at Brian's rental. It was exactly as advertised. Bryan was an excellent host. His property was exactly as advertised. The house was clean, very well appointed, and the pool was amazing. Definitely recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay again.

This house is amazing! You feel like you are in the country and have a small private area all to your selves. The pool was wonderful and my kids swam for hours each day. We especially loved how deep it was with the diving board. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all we needed to make meals. We loved eating dinner outside on the back patio every night as well. The mattresses are very soft memory foam and there were plenty of linens. If we ever come back to Phoenix as a family, we will definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay while me a a few friends explored around Scottsdale for activities. The backyard was a great place to hang around at as there were was a private Gazebo and sun chairs to lounge in. A very enjoyable stay!

My wife and I loved the location. It was private and quiet and easy access to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. It is a cozy place. Amanda was great.

Excellent place in a beautiful community with great amenities. Bethany was a responsive host. Place was clean and has everything you need. Highly recommended for other guests!

Everything is good, nice and clean and perfect to 2people business trip. The only thing is it’s on 2nd floor so need to lift heavy luggages up the stairs.

Thank you so much to the host! This place was absolutely beautiful, the living space was absolutely pristine, and I loved the pool and hot tub as well as the community itself. Highly recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area. It is well worth the price, especially for all the amenities that come with it as opposed to just a regular hotel.

Host is extremely communicative. The space was super clean. The only complaint is it was hard to work from home during the day because there was a lot of noise from the neighbors.

Michelle’s Condo was wonderful! This was our first time staying in a condo/apartment setting and we worried about having privacy and noise issues but there was none! The condo is in a perfect location, it is not too far from the parking lot which is amazing when it comes to hauling your luggage/groceries and other people coming and going. Being on the first level was a plus as well! We enjoyed having the laundry room close by, so not having one in the unit wasn’t a problem at all. The staging and layout of the condo was perfect. It felt homey and comfortable. I liked how both rooms weren’t right next to each other or too close. It felt as if they were their own little suites with having two bathrooms available. Michelle was also amazing. She let us have our time without overstepping as a host but was sure to let us know she was there if we needed something and she was! Her response times were wonderful. We would not mind staying here again.

Kris is a great host, and the place is nicely sized and in a good location, near old town Scottsdale. A great place to stay if you're in Phoenix.

Chandler was very helpful and understanding when early check in was requested. It is a nice condo, close to Old Scottsdale and other restaurants.

John was an excellent host and very responsive, kind and helpful during our stay. The place is beautiful, in the best location and we would absolutely stay here again!

Jonathan’s place is absolutely beautiful and very functional. Such a lovely peaceful property. There is never an issue but if anything comes up, Jonathan is on top of everything and very communicative. We will definitely be back again!

The house was extremely comfortable for 6 adults with nice places for us to be together and enough space to not be on top of each other. It is convenient to main roads which made it easy to get around the area and we also enjoyed using the backyard. All of us agreed we would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful wonderful stay. The host were both excellent communicators. I would definitely recommend to anyone whether you be in transit or just on vacation.

Bryan's place was perfect. It was close to downtown and a short drive to Scotsdale. We enjoyed the space and the pool was perfect for relaxing in during the day. We had zero issues. We loved Barros Pizza that was close by. We checked out Papago park, Old Town Scottsdale, and a comedy show! Steak 44 is a must we had the most amazing dinner experience we have ever had. It is $$$$ so check the menu ahead of time. We will book this property when we come back. Nice peaceful neighborhood. Bryan checked in to make sure we were all good apon checkin and throughout our stay, but we needed nothing since everything was as described. The bathroom in the master was amazing.

Lots of space, comfortable beds and your own outdoor oasis awaits! Also, have never seen so many extras - recreational options like games, stocked pantry staples, bathroom supplies. We wanted for nothing and it was a quiet and private space in which to unwind. Also near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Airbnb was spacious and the house is well kept! We had a bachelor party of 9 people and were very comfortable in this house. The heated pool and fire pit were great since we stayed during a colder winter month.

Stayed with my sister, cousin and our kids and it was perfect. This place was amazing and had everything you could ever need. Would definitely book again!
