Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tromsø

The house was very clean, beautifully located and the view was amazing. Alwin welcomed us at the house and showed us around. The house had everything we needed, also for our little daughter lots and lots of toys. Kitchen and bathroom all fully equiped. The house is only a short drive from a grocery store and 10min from the city center. The communication with the owners was always very good, fast and accurate replies. We will definitely come back and stay at their house next time. We can highly recommend this place. Thank you Kristina and Alwin

Tom's place is incredible. The pictures don't do it justice. A beautiful home with a stunning view and amazing facilities. I'd have booked longer if I'd have k own it was so nice!

My friend and I spent 5 days here and it was amazing. The location is perfect, we were close to nature (might even see the norther lights there!) but also close to the city, and there was a bus right outside the door. The house itself was so beautiful, cozy and tidy. It looks like a house straight out of a Christmas movie. We were welcomed with delicious cookies and immediately felt at home. Guri responded very fast and was an amazing host. Would recommend everyone to book this place for their trip to Tromsø! Hopefully we’ll be back!

I am obsessed with this house. It may be the absolutely most adorable AirBnb on the planet with stunning views and all the best amenities-hammock, piano, yoga room. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk to town and I liked being out of the tourist fray. 100% would come back honestly just to stay here and look out those windows.

We had a great stay here in Tromso. The house is lovely and warm and very well set up and equipped with everything we needed for an easy and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious with lots of light and great views. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking and watching films in the evening. The house is really close to the main part of Tromso. It snowed the whole week which we loved. Michael was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. It’s a great house, I highly recommend it!

A fantastic home with great facilities. Very tidy and clean. The living and dining area with integrated kitchen is inviting for relaxation. Three independent bedrooms with comfortable beds. Parking and good bus connections. Very friendly landlord - no point of criticism - thank you for the hospitality.

We spent 9 days in this house and felt very comfortable. The house is located approximately 30 min from Tromso city center by car with view to the water or fjords. The wooden interior makes it cozy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can enjoy your stay even if the weather is rainy. Jon-Ola welcomed us warm and explained everything we needed to know about the house. He and his son Henrik (during our stay he lived in the apartment under the house so we saw him almost every day) kindly helped us out with great advise about the area during our whole stay. From my air bnb experience, these two have been the greatest hosts so far, extremely warmhearted and open people that make you feel home. We weren’t so lucky with the weather but still had the chance to see northern lights from our balcony one day. There are also some hiking routes in the area that you can get to by car/ bus. We would definitely recommend a stay there :)

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was ideal, we had a beautiful view from the living room and within walking distance of the Airbnb house there were 2 supermarkets. There were also 2 bus stops nearby that took you to the center of Tromsø. Our host Michael was very friendly and responded directly to our messages.

We would fully recommend this place. Tone (Roger's sister) couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful when we arrived. She also kindly went out of her way to lend us some sledges and equipment for outings. The accommodation is just stunning, and extremely well equipped (we particularly liked the coffee machine!). Beautiful views all round and we saw the northern lights from the hot tub. There's also a walk around the coast line right by the apartment where you can see them even more clearly. Usually I don't sleep well in a bed that's not my own, but we found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Also, plenty of spare blankets if needed. The hot tub and sauna were great for us and also if you're a fan of cold water dipping, you can go for a dip from the steps by the decking. The local supermarket is not even a 5 minute walk away, and walking to town was fine for us even in the snow, took around 25 mins. Hopefully we'll be back to see the summer.

We had a great time at Jardar's place. The accommodation is very well located, in a quiet and accessible area. Our host, Jardar, was extremely friendly. We highly recommend this listing!

Susanne is a great hostess. She is very friendly and very easy to communicate with. She gave us a warm welcome and spent some time showing and explaining things to do and how to get around things in Tromsø. She also offered us some homemade delicious brownies. The view from the apartment window is very pretty. A couple of supermarkets are nearby, easy access to the city center by bus and also Taxi. The apartment is super clean and apt for a couple or a small family. Definitely would recommend Susanne's place. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us and we would love to go back here in the future.

Lovely, clean apartment with everything you need. The beds were super comfy. The location is in a new residential area with the Kiwi supermarket and bus stop in to town about 10 mins walk. We caught a taxi from the airport for convenience and it’s was £16. Behind the apartment is a fantastic trail walking area with amazing views of the opposite town and mountains. Karoline was a fab host, really responsive to my questions.

Nina and Bjørn's place was wonderful. Very cozy and clean. Quiet, peaceful area to stay but still close enough to Tromso. They were both so friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend and would be glad to stay again!

We stayed for three days, which was pleasant, spacious, great view and location. Also, the place had all the amenities that we needed.

this is my second time staying with Ørjan and it was as good as the first time, with improvements even😉. I would recommend this place for the exceptional view, away from light pollution, in nature. The place is great, clean, functional. Ørjan is responsive. still easy to get to the city center in 15 min by bus that is right in front of the accommodation. In my opinion, it's definitely worth staying there. And the Northern Lights show was still at the rendezvous 😍

The place is simply gorgeous – in reality even more beautiful than in the photos! Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The location is ideal to take excursions by rental car, and yet you can enjoy absolute tranquility here. A special highlight: One evening we could admire the northern lights directly from the house – an unforgettable experience!

We had an amazing time in Vengsøy! The cabin, the view, and the island were like something out of a Norwegian winter fairy tale. Maria is incredibly friendly and offered us many great tips about the area. She's very warm and welcoming. We did the hike to Hundbergtinden, and it was absolutely breathtaking – we were the only ones there! Vengsøy, the cabins, and especially Maria are highly recommended. We hope to return soon! ❄️❤️

It was a wonderful drive up to Amadeus' place, with incredible scenery. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly demeanor by Amadeus' father, who immediately started chatting making us feel right at home. This continued throughout the stay, as his father greeted us every morning and even brought us lovely duck and goose eggs. Furthermore, he told us more about the surroundings and the activities we can expect to do. Amadeus was really pleasant to talk to aswell but his commitment to his guests are unparalleled as, we got stuck on their driveway (our fault as our car was not 4x4) and he immediately came out in the cold to scrape the driveway with their tractor and stayed to make sure we were parked. The cabin itself was really clean and cozy with a lovely wood fired fireplace with everything needed for a comfy stay. The best part was the beautiful views of the aurora borealis from the cabin, serene nature and soothing sounds of streams and melodic sheep bells chimin

A wonderful location right on the water! As others have mentioned, parking is a little tricky the first time but then you know better what to look for and we found it always accessible and not too slippy of a walk down to the cabin. The view is gorgeous and we had two nights of Northern Lights filling the dark skies! It’s 25ish minutes from Tromso but an easy drive with constant road maintenance in the area. Svein was always super responsive and helpful! A point to remember, there is no WiFi…I think I overlooked that at booking but it was still all good! Also note that garbage is pack in/pack out so be prepared in that regard. Just mentioning those points but shouldn’t be a game changer! Excellent comfortable bed!

Lovely place to stay! We saw the northern lights from the house multiple days in a row. The surroundings are calm and really beautiful. We saw mooses comming by the houses almost every night! We will definetly come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The heating was excellent, and between the blankets, fireplace, and firepit, we were always cozy, even with the snow outside. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook whatever we wanted. One of the highlights was the sauna—relaxing in the heat while watching the snowfall outside was a great experience. The shower was also really good, with strong water pressure and plenty of space. The location was fantastic. We saw moose nearby, which was a real treat, and the hike to Simavika was beautiful. The shelter at Gammen ved Simavikelva made for a great stopping point and was accessible to all. What really stood out was the host. They were incredibly friendly and responsive, even bringing medicine when one of us wasn’t feeling well—something we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay, and we’d love to come back!

The Cabin is awesome ! Made with heart and soul. Everything is thought trough, well equipped, user friendly, clean and tidy. Great location - calm and quiet. What is more - Marius and Rebecca are very responsive and helpful hosts. Definitely a place to recommend. Hopefully we'll come back there one day !

This is our second stay at this lovely cottage, a cozy place we really enjoy. The place is far enough from Tromsø to be close to nature in absolute calm, we were even able to observe an aurora borealis directly from the terrace with a beautiful frontline view on the fjord. Lars was as usual very available, and alerted us when the weather was favorable to see an aurora boreal. He provided us with a lot of tips about local activities and was very responsive in all situations. We enjoyed having wood available to make a fire. As soon as we arrived the cottage was well heated, from the first moments we found ourselves in a very warm and intimate atmosphere, with all the essentials for a great stay, with a small welcome gift! The cleanliness of the place is exceptional, and the quality decoration is chosen with good taste. A real gem, highly recommended...
