Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Troms og Finnmark fylke

The location is about 24 mins drive from Inari where the nearest grocery store located. The rural location offers secluded nature vibe with a lake and forest. Firewood is provided and a tent with bonfires can be used by the lake. There is also a Sauna in the house we enjoyed. Drive about 20 minutes up north and you’ll find a wide open space to watch Aurora. If conditions are good, you can see Aurora in front of the house by the lake. A rowing boat is available for use but we didn’t use it because the temperature was almost 0 degrees Celsius. The host team can be best reached by telephone if you need something immediately. Only downside is the baking oven could be cleaner.

Lovely cabin in a perfect location to do activities in Saariselka but in a quiet location with a lovely short walk to the lake! We loved our stay, lovely and warm and very comfy bed! We will be back when we visit the area again!

House was perfect for us! Everything was very clean and cozy, we felt at home right away. We absolutely loved the stay at the farmhouse. Bart and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful, I can’t recommend it enough! We would definitely return at that place if we come back to Tromso again. Really beautiful house in Finland, near hiking, running and ski trails. Very comfortable and quiet! Also the reindeer are cute. I hope to stay there again!

We had a fantastic three nights at Tommy’s cabin and loved every moment of it! The cabin exceeded our expectations and everything about it was stunning - from the breathtaking views, to the interior, and last but not least, Tommy who was an incredible host! Tommy was really attentive and was there for us round the clock. He ensured that we had everything we needed and pampered us so well. He made us feel like home even though we were thousands of miles away, and the cozy cabin just gave the whole experience a sweet touch. You have to be there yourself to believe it! Thank you Tommy for this magical stay, we’ll definitely be back!

We just spent 5 wonderful nights at Wenche’s lovely home. It was warm and welcoming with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. We had parking right outside, the wifi was fast, the beds were comfortable, and Wenche even left us a box of cookies which were demolished immediately. 😄 We were very grateful for Wenche’s helpful messages before and during our stay - it was great to know she was only a click away if we needed anything. The location of the property itself is great. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the town centre in snowy conditions so it would be even faster on a mild day. The town itself was very festive at Christmastime and the falling snow was just magical for us Aussies! There are lots of fun bars and restaurants to visit. We particularly loved the cocktails at No Stress and the baked potatoes (and hilarious staff) at Huken Brygg. We also had a spectacular 9-course dinner at Emma’s Restaurant. We can’t wait to return to Tromsø one day. ❤️

This is the prettiest place my friends and I have ever stayed at. We were in awe of the place the entire time we were there. It was everything we could’ve asked for - pretty location, unbelievably beautiful views, we were right on the sea shore it was unreal, and the home was so well equipped - it had everything. We even saw northern lights from the property itself🥹Thank you for this experience Anders, would 100% recommend this bnb!!!!

The place was a pleasure to stay in, in good condition and easy to locate. It was nice to stay,with two small children since two portable beds were provided. Good location in a short distance from everything but still peaceful.

A clean and well-equipped apartment. Great location for hiking in Pallas & Ylläs National Park and Kilpisjärvi. Communication with the host was smooth.

This is our favorite vacation home we have EVER stayed in! We never wanted to leave Tromso or Roger's place. The view is absolutely amazing. The terrace with the hot tub, sauna, and steps down to the sea made our trip worth the journey! It was truly a treat to be able to put our baby down to bed and then enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub or even do the famed polar plunge. We had everything we needed to travel with our baby, even a diaper changing table! Roger and Tone were so responsive, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Tone even brought us some drinks when we got in later than expected on Saturday night and shops are closed on Sunday. This was such a wonderful vacation and we hope to be back to Norway someday!

we had an amazing stay! Robert is incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel home. He even offered us a ride to the port - as it’s very cold at the time. Super thankful! Check in was flexible. The House was spotless, very spacious and even much better than it looks in the pictures. Beds are cozy. The location was super convenient, centrally located and easy to find. Margit’s apartment was a great quiet oasis from the main city. It was far enough away that we got to experience a quiet part of the neighborhood but close enough to the main city, about a 10 minute walk, that we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. The hills were tricky in the snow and ice but we managed it just fine with the proper footwear. The apartment is exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for our quick trip to Tromso. Would definitely come back.

Ole is very responsive, shares his knowledge of Tromso and the north with pleasure and the home and property are beautifully situated, close, but not too close to Tromso. I look forward to returning.

Our stay at Villa Arctic Fox was perfect. We wanted a private cabin in snowy trees rather than the middle of town and that is what we got. We needed a place for four adults and three children; there was plenty of room, chairs and beds! What we didn’t bank on was a wonderful arctic spa experience for grown ups, and on finding such a helpful, lovely family who looked after us and made our stay even better than it might have been without them! Impressive, kind and fun. Next time vodka martinis all around! Thank you all so much. We will be back!!

Fantastic stay in a perfect house. Great location with easy bus access (literally outside). Get the svipper app and it becomes easy to get anywhere you want. Host was responsive and helpful. Had a wonderful time and if I ever came back would absolutely stay here again.

What an absolutely beautiful place!! Will definitely be back, the pictures don't do it justice it's even nicer in person. Everything is top quality from the furniture to the cutlery. It is immaculate and has everything you need and more. Highly recommend I'm over the moon

We had such an amazing experience at the Villa and with Ilkka who helped us with finding and arranging activities locally. He took us out on some amazing Northern Lights hunts himself, including snowmobiling up a mountain at night!! The house is fantastic and in a great location by a lake. We would happily go back and can't recommend both this location or Ilkka's company Moment in Ivalo enough!

My partner, two daughters and I, absolutely loved our time here. Sini was a fabulous host and her home was perfect, having everything we needed for our stay, very modern with plenty of space, the girls loved the ping pong table! The location was great for us, with a path to the back leading to the centre. The views were beautiful and we even managed to see the Northern Lights a couple of times from the house. We would love to come back.

Very big and cozy house. Absolutely amazing view from living room! Hottub is heated with wood stove, so it takes some time to heat it up and you can't control the temperature easily. Personally, we used the hottub and enjoyed it very much! The kitchen was very well equipped. The shower is a bit old and there is no curtain in the bathroom. Anders allowed us late checkout, which was extremely nice! All in all it's a great place to stay and we would recommend it!
