Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Less then 100 steps down to the sea, private pool and garden. Awesome. We had a great time with kids and friends and enjoyed it very much. Thnak you!

Even before we arrived, the host’s clear and helpful instructions were excellent. We felt at complete ease and the loft was even better than our expectations, especially the warm and welcoming reception, which continued throughout our stay and beyond. There was an entire kitchen (with a balcony) that we could use for cooking and food storage throughout our trip, with everything we could possibly need. Upstairs, the sleeping area (with kitchenette) was quirky in the best way and had a further 2 balconies where we could eat, sheltered from the sun, at different times of day. There was also a mezzanine with further sleeping areas and we found it to be perfect for our needs as a couple but could fit more, comfortably. We didn’t want to leave after the 3 nights and wished the loft was available for our entire 9 days! Fillipos, Athina and Foteini were all truly dream hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to their beautiful homely and welcoming loft, with sea and mountain views!

Small cute 2x townhouse box. By the time of our vacation (early October), more tourism was over. Beach empty, water 21-23 degrees very nice premier summer! Close to many beautiful beaches and many good places to eat.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Nice location and cosy location, very close to the beach. The host was very nice and responsive with everything we needed. I recommend it!

Extremely helpful and pleasant host, great outdoors area, beautiful and enjoyable and we got what we wanted - the feeling of being remote, private, but close to what you need. In the vicinity you have a fresh fish market, great bakery, stores and nice beaches. Andreas, we look forward to seeing you again!

The apartment was just like the description!!!It had everything inside and because we had a 14-month-old baby they had provided for a high chair and playpen!It was quiet, by the sea and in the center ofNikiti.The view from the balcony is unique!!! Mrs. Mary is willing to help us with anything we asked for and very friendly!They recommended us beaches for the baby and were all super friendly!I highly recommend it and we will definitely choose it in the next visit to the place!

A cheap place to stay, small and cozy with views of the stand. Perfect.

We had an exceptionally beautiful time staying at this great place! The house is right on the beach so the children could play there without danger and the garden that surrounds the house was very nice (old olive trees, pine trees and even one or the other turtle was spotted). The house is very bright and tastefully furnished and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the front terrace (great place for a coffee in the morning sun). Since we were there in October, we did not need the shade that there is in the course of the day so much, but in the summer this is certainly great! The area is very quiet which was very restful for us. However, car hire is indispensable. We traveled a lot with it, because the beaches of Sithonia are incredibly beautiful, we didn't expect that... Thanks to Suzanna and Dafne, we had a fantastic holiday!

Fully equipped apartment with a beautiful sea-view. Walking distance both to the beach and the heart of the town. The owner is very responsive, instructions clear, parking place on the spot (it is difficult to find any parking place in the town, so having your own in the same building is very helpful).

The host was very friendly and immediately responsive to everything. The room and location exceeded our expectations, a quiet, beautiful location where everything is close and you feel at home. We highly recommend it. In the room there is a book with suggestions for visiting locations, some of which we used and the locations are really great.
