Must see -- recently upgraded flooring downstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee/evening drinks on the deck or the covered pavilion located on the property. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out by the fire pit w/family. Grill outside while enjoying a movie or your favorite sports! 5-minute walk to our neighborhood park with fishing, a small beach area, picnic tables, grill, sand volleyball court and lots of space to play. Pets will enjoy our fenced backyard to run and play.

Restaurants are in town and a winery about 15 minutes away.

This is the best of the best when it comes to tiny homes and to be honest, there isn’t anything tiny about it at all! This cabin has a nice, modern theme throughout. There is an outdoor fireplace on the porch for that glass of wine by the fire. The best part is the private fenced in backyard with your own private hot tub! Golf cart rentals are available to explore the 140-acre property.

I cant say enough positive things about this home and Alan. This house is remarkable! Beautiful, spacius, comfy and cozy, and well taken care of. We were welcomed with the best snacks and we decoured them all. Of course, everything was clean and tidy. The property was beautiful. We got to hike in the woods, enjoy to covered porch, and relax in a secluded home-away-from-home. Alan's communication was amazing! He was curtious, kind, caring, and more than generous to us. We are making this an annual destination! Thank you, Alan!

Monica is a great host, and her home was exactly what we needed - comfortable, quiet, welcoming and plenty of space. I found her home while looking for a place to unwind after providing group training and it was perfect. Monica is responsive and welcoming, and all directions were very clear. The home was easy to access, and the team that works the front gate entrance for the community were always both helpful and cheerful. Some other members of our training team stayed at another Airbnb but have to say ours was better.

Great property for a large group! Had my entire family with kids from 2-20yrs old. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and accommodating for 16 of us. Lake was perfect and had a healthy fish life in it. Plenty of room for activities wiffleball, kickball, football. Wrap around porch was great for being outside in Texas but still staying cool with the breeze. Host was great and responsive the entire stay. No complaints at all. Will hopefully be back again!

we thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the eagle's nest. Hot tub was great, clean gas grill, fire ring with wood provided. the bungalow was perfect for two and incredible bed and pillows. Joe was an excellent host and a really nice person to get to know. he was not intrusive at all. but me being a talker we had a couple of conversations and nice getting to know him. his place is at the end of the road so there is no traffic and very quiet. we will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Great little getaway in the country . if your looking for a place to relaxe and recharge I highly recommend. If you use Google maps to get there it is the dirt driveway right after the one that google maps says it is . The host was great and sends a picture of the driveway before you get there .

Cozy Nest was a wonderful retreat for our girl's weekend. It was very clean and roomy with plenty of beds for our entire group. The large TV in the living room was great for movie watching with comfy sofas & recliners, and we also enjoyed some "porch sittin'" upstairs & downstairs. The location of this rental is away from the noisy highway, and we spotted deer throughout the neighborhood. Coldspring, the nearest town, is only 4 miles away & handy for any supplies needed. Our group was reluctant to leave this peaceful abode and return to our busy lives, and we definitely recommend Cozy Nest as an escape from the hustle & bustle of the city.
