Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

On the ground floor is an open plan space with kitchen, living room and dining room, overlooking a beautiful terrace that gives you direct access to the lake.
