the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the best BnB air we've done! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the seville heat. the pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. the bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, because of her availability and attention, as well as her duque dog who was of good company for us and our dog. it's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we leave with regret.

What a wonderful stay! Had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ignacio’s wonderful place for 3 nights with some friends. The place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL - the pictures do not do it justice at all! Everyone loved their rooms and the pool was a big bonus as were the sun loungers. The kitchen was big, spacious and very well equipped. The sofas in the living room were extremely comfortable. Everything was in great condition when we arrived. Ignacio met us to explain how to use everything and make sure we were settled in and the pool was at a good level. He also gave us recommendations for places to go and made sure we knew where local shops were. We had an amazing stay here and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Seville!

Very good location. The whole center is on foot. Accommodation as described. A small downside: the water heater that needs to be reinitiated in the courtyard when there is no hot water. But the owner was responsive in explaining how to do it.

Everything matched the description. A spacious house, very well-equipped, easy parking and with very quick access to all directions. We didn't have much time to take full advantage of it because of our work, but I recommend it 100%. If we work nearby again and it's available, we'll surely come back

We had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. The hosts were very proactive, flexible and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. We enjoyed the place located a 15min drive from Seville with its very welcoming exterior and the perfect pool even to cool off in October. The accommodation was perfectly equipped and located. Great when traveling with a group. We'll be happy to go back!

Very well equipped apartment in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars around. Easy to get into town either walking or with the 'Sevici' bikes you can pick up and drop off everywhere in Sevilla. Pablo is a very friendly and helpful guy with some great recommendations for restaurants and Flamenco places. We really had a lovely stay and hope to come back one day! Thanks Pablo!

Luisa was a great host with very helpful recommendations. The place was as described and close to all the attractions. Very central with and great view of the sunset. She also owns a store close by where she offers bag storage for a reasonable rate.

Very nice apartment, spacious and very well-equipped. Everything is within walking distance, the neighborhood is very pleasant and there are all the food shops. Very fluid communication with Leonor and her husband. We loved our stay with them and in this beautiful city of Seville!

Jose Louis and his colleague were very helpful, hospitable, and helpful ( and patient😊). The apartment is very large, comfortable beds, well-equipped ( could use a cutting board), quiet and safe neighborhood. There are lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, and a department store nearby ( 2 - 3 minutes walk). The city center is a very slow walk of 15-20 minutes. I recommend 100% If I go back to Seville, it's only for this apartment. Thank you so much for a great stay👍😊.

Rocío's apartment is in a very good location, it is comfortable and we were able to see Seville on foot, and the host was very attentive at all times. We recommend it.

I thought it was an excellent and well-located place! The apartment is a beauty, with a lovely decoration and everything very well organized. The cleanliness was spotless and the ambiance was super cozy. Also, the host was very attentive and helpful, always available for any questions. The experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet and spacious accommodation, as advertised. Very bright and unobstructed. It's in downtown Seville, near an urban bus station, which was important to us. Quiet street, with nice supermarkets and bars. The only downside is that the fridge was making a lot of noise. Sleeping in the living room is awkward. We can't hear it from the room.

Teresa and her husband were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for cooking breakfasts. We could easily have taken the bus into the center but we chose to walk. Most places took us about 25 minutes at a strolling and stopping for photos pace. The location was great. Very much a neighborhood with all ages out in the evenings on the Alameda de Hercules. There was street noise but the minute we closed the windows it was almost silent! It was a great stay.

Carmen was a great, responsive host - despite the fact that our flight was delayed by a few hours she met us outside the apartment and checked in with us by message during our stay. She gave good recommendations and the apartment was a perfect base for a brilliant trip to Seville.
