A perfect place for a perfect stay! Maria is so nice and helpful and the appartment was just great with everything you need in it!

Our stay was great and I would highly recommend. Location was perfect and area was quiet. The stairs are a big steep so if you have mobility issues, then this would not be ideal for you. We would definately stay again.

A really nice base from which to explore Padova. The experiences walking along the two major streets - via Ospedale Civile (towards the Basilica / Orto Botanico) and via Altinate (towards Caffe Pedrocchi) were nicely different. The former has a very local feel with some bars / cafe (and laundry). The latter is more shops and services oriented with a nice access to the tram and the commercial life. I was there on some rather dull rainy days in February and the warmth and serenity of the apartment and gardens was joyful. Many have complimented the arrangement and the host - deservedly so.

My partner and I stayed at Michela’s place before starting the Alta Via del Granito walk. The house was very clean and tidy and we found d the bed very comfortable, perfect before a big walk! Michela was helpful and responsive and even gave us a great dinner recommendation at the nearby Rifugio!

Gloria is a great host, helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night, howevr the area has enough to offer to stay longer. The beds are comfortable, the kitchenmiscwell equipped and there is even an honesty bar with local products and drinks. Airco works well, there is a mice balcony and parking nexr to the house.

The stay at Elisabetta's apartment was shared by two couples of future grandparents waiting for the grandchild's arrival during the Christmas holidays. The accommodation is equipped with the necessary comforts for a long-term stay. The dog hosted enjoyed, along with guests, the gated and reserved green outdoor area, even for easy parking. Elisabetta was an impeccable host, kind and available in front of all our needs even in the face of some unexpected events: she was able to meet us with cordiality and kindness. Definitely recommend for a stay around Padua.

Perfect base for us travelling as a family group of 7. Great restaurant around the corner for dinner and breakfast.

Our stay at Francesca and Paolo's place was excellent! They are wonderful hosts, very welcoming, and made us feel at home. The communication was smooth and efficient, making everything easy for us. The house was great, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Wonderful, responsive host who went above and beyond. I appreciated the local tips and her showing me how the appliances worked. Peaceful and private location on the ground floor. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. If you are tired of lugging luggage up flights and flights of stairs and over bridge after bridge, this cottage is unbeatable. The grocery store is around the corner and Peggy G. is nearby. Accademia bridge is not far either. The bed is comfortable too!

Eloisa was the one to help us with our stay and she was really responsive and helpful. I was ill during our stay and decided to stay on another day, and Eloisa made that choice easy to achieve as well as being really sympathetic! We came to see the Biennale and really enjoyed that, it was easy to get to from where we were. The street and flat were both very quiet and we had good sleep and were very comfortable in the very nice large flat. The views were brilliant and the top balcony a bonus. The heating was effective in very cold weather. The area was also great for cafes, bars and restaurants and easy for the main boat connections to the airport and the Grand Canal. It’s very easy to reach Ursula. She is very responsive and prompt in answering any question. She even recommended useful tips and suggestions that made our stay worthwhile. The location is safe, accessible to transportation, and reasonable accommodation. I would rate her place as the top from among the 3 places we have stayed. The description of the property on the website is close to our expectation. We are satisfied customers.

Host Ana was very professional, assertive, kind and always very enlightening. The place is difficult to access to carry the suitcases, due to being on the fourth floor, especially for the elderly. Arriving in the apartment the great surprise as it is wide, very clear and clean. View of the roofs and the canal! Kitchen with a hob, fridge, microwave and all kitchen utensils. It has a washer and dryer. Central heating. Two large and clean bathrooms. Fresh linen and Towels. Host left cookies, milk, juice, coffee and butter! All is done with great care and affection. Thanks a lot! Until the return Orivaldo, Ivete and Kids!

We had a great time, we needed a place to spend the New Year's Eve. Lucio was super welcoming and very available to show us places to eat and take some cicchetto. On the occasion, we really appreciated the gift of the sparkling wine. We will definitely come back to visit them.

We had an amazing 7 day stay at Piera’s beautiful home. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless, we cooked our breakfasts and dinners every day. Piera supplied us with plenty of firewood so we could make fires in the evening to keep us cozy and warm. The view from the garden was stunning. We enjoyed our evening cocktails outside, admiring the beautiful view. The yard was all fenced in—a huge bonus for our Labrador dog. There are many nice trails for hiking and biking. And there are many towns and cities within a short drive/train ride away for nice day trips. We would definitely come back and recommend Piera’s house to our friends and family. Thank you, Piera!

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

Perfect accommodation for a large group, equipped with space and bathrooms for everyone. We had kids and they had a great time. The farmhouse is rustic but furnished and complete with everything you need. The location is quiet and perfect for visiting by train to Venice. Dario was super courteous and available. Really perfect, highly recommended!

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

The house is wonderful, full of taste and very well equipped, and with an amazing park and outside area. I love the Parco the Sile area and this place is connected to the river with the cycling route.
