Very nice house of a good price in a quiet district of Rome close to subway station(easy access to the old city). Parking place available just in front of a house. Mr. Alberto is very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this house and especially for people who travel by private car and do not want to make complicated rides to the historical part of the City.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

The house and garden are very nice, the description and photos do not give the idea enough. We were there for work, it was a shame not to be able to enjoy the structure more. Stefania was very responsive and helpful 🤗 Recommended!

The check-in was easy even though we were delayed. Celeste was friendly and had great communication. The place is exactly as advertised and is actually bigger than it looks. The amenities were nice. The house was warm when we walked in, it felt cozy.

Our hosting was excellent. Beautiful place and very clean. Andrea was very kind and at check in gave us a map of Rome with many tips on what to do and where to go. Simply great!

It is very simple to chat with Cristiano and his father to get some advice and recommendations. Delighted with the stay, I would recommend!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, comfortable beds, there was everything you need to stay comfortably. The owner was very kind and also helpful in giving us advice, including where to park, we chose a parking lot a few meters away. Communication was quick and easy, with no check-in and check-out. If we were to return to Rome, we would definitely go back to this apartment.

This was one of the coolest airbnbs we have stayed in. Airbnb is in an amazing area of Rome that is walkable to everything but also in an extremely quiet area. The decorations and amenities are great. Six adults comfortably stayed here with each bedroom having its own bathroom being a huge plus. The host is extremely responsive and helped us check in to find the Airbnb. There are a lot of stairs so if you have someone in your party that struggles with stairs not for you but other than that absolutely amazing Airbnb!

In addition to the hot tub, there was even a boxing bag to work out and a PlayStation 3. When we arrived, Antonio even left us something to eat and also some drinks, such as water, beer and even sparkling wine. Coffee was also available. So really a great experience and lovely place!

Claudio's place is full of charm , outside to inside. It was exactly what we wanted for a unique Trastevere experience. The location is great as well. We were also able to walk to Rome center and to Vatican city. Claudio was great at communicating with us, always responded super fast. He even made it possible for us to check in early in the morning. We can't complain about anything. Absolutely the best kind of AirBNB experience you want.

What a perfect stay in Testaccio! Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Rome! We loved the location and the apartment itself! On top of that, the flexible check in and responsiveness of the hosts made the experience even better. Strongly recommend for anyone visiting Rome that wants to stay outside of the very busy loud areas, while still being very close!

Andreas was always responsive with a question we asked. Perfect spot for us which was close to coliseum and reasonable distance to Roma Termini. To get to places like Trevi or Pantheon were a nice walk. Overall we found this spot perfect for our needs with a great host. Will stay again the next time we visit Rome.

We were very satisfied, the apartment was great as described in the photos. Very modern and exquisite with the two roof terraces. We were able to communicate with Marianna via text message immediately. e.g. the Internet didn't work for all guests, but on the second day everything went! It was good from the crowd of people in the center to get to this neighborhood, everything available, restaurants, hip suburb with underground music and cafes and bars, a market right outside the door and the metro and the nearest supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment. Everything perfect for the four of us "girls" ;)

Eriselda is a great host, kind, helpful, and always responds to messages quickly. There was no problem with late check-in and leaving the apartment later. Quiet village, beautiful beach, sunset and lots of bars and two well-stocked grocery stores. An apartment as described, equipped with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, iron, dryer, towels, etc. Very comfortable large double beds and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great location, close to the airport but without the noise of planes, also easy access to Rome. I recommend this unit. 😊

Svilena’s home is a completely remodeled and modern home in a charming authentic building! We loved the layout for four people, it was spacious, and serene with views of the lovely garden. We really enjoyed the high quality, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen and smart TV. The location is close to the Museums and Borghese park, so not in the Centro area, but still walkable. Highly recommend for repeat Rome visitors looking for more space, privacy, and a bit of luxury with an attentive host!
