We spent New year's eve at Alessandra's place and it was a really special experience. Nice surroundings, very cozy house. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Alessandra is very friendly, communicative and kind. We felt like home!

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

Wonderful experience for lovers of tranquility and nature! Many naturalistic places to visit nearby, nice, clean accommodation, equipped with all comforts and a few minutes by car from the town center and the main services. We loved the garden and the surrounding green space, our dog Hati loved it too! Lorenza was very kind and always available! We will definitely be back🍀

Marco is a special host, friendly and available for any useful information to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house has all the spacious and comfortable spaces, well heated and comfortable. A large outdoor park surrounds the house, with a gazebo, barbecue, and outdoor hot tub that has warmed us up even if in the middle of winter. With the kids and a dog, it was very easy to be all together. The roads to get there are quiet and straight, the entrance to the driveway is a little hidden but the location of Maps is accurate. It was a beautiful stay!

We had an emergency situation in Rome and Celeste was very considerate, understanding and supportive. Her place is very comforting, warm and organized. We had a very relaxed stay. There are alot of shops, café's and Restaurants in close proximity from Celeste's place. The Park of Villa Ada Savoia is very intriguing for trekking and having a nice calming walk.

Our hosting was excellent. Beautiful place and very clean. Andrea was very kind and at check in gave us a map of Rome with many tips on what to do and where to go. Simply great!

Stayed at Alessandro's during then Christmas/new year holidays and it was amazing! Felt like home, everything was conveniently placed and had all the necessary things in the apartment. Had a tiny issue, but it was resolved quickly. Everything else was perfect! Thank you!

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

Extraordinary place, I really liked the location and that's not the same, it surprises how much space that that is.

Great location, accurately described. The street market sets up during the day and there are lots of restaurants in the evening. Cute little lemon shop very close for gelato. Everything to see was about a twenty minute walk for us. Hosts were very responsive, and friendly. My daughter and I felt safe as we traveled alone. The place was larger than pictured and it was nice having extra room.

We loved the apartment and the balcony/patio. The location was great. But best of all Vittorio was responsive and helpful when we were parking! Thank you so much for a great home base for our Roma trip!

This is a completely beautiful apartment that had lots of room for our family with three teenage children. It is furnished with fantastic art and antiques and could not feel more “Roman”! :) It literally overlooks the Forum and is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many major sites. The hosts are super helpful and extremely responsive. Just FYI, there is construction on the house next door and work started around 7:30 am on weekdays—that didn’t bother us at all but be aware. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

Claudio's place is full of charm , outside to inside. It was exactly what we wanted for a unique Trastevere experience. The location is great as well. We were also able to walk to Rome center and to Vatican city. Claudio was great at communicating with us, always responded super fast. He even made it possible for us to check in early in the morning. We can't complain about anything. Absolutely the best kind of AirBNB experience you want.

Comfy, quiet, and convenient. A great spot for 1-2 people. A bit like borrowing a friend’s apartment, in the best ways. A simple walk to Trastevere and very well connected via public transit with other sites.

Excellent place I definitely recommend, close to the major attractions restaurants. We love it if we ever come back we definitely will reserve it again.

Michael was a great host that met us to explain how everything works in the home. Location is fantastic and we could walk to Colosseum and Roman Forum easily. Taxi pick up spot is right round the corner and the metro is a short walk away. We were there on New Year's eve and could catch the fireworks from the balcony up on the loft. This is one home that we will definitely want to stay in again.

Very nice apartment in a residential area. Subway and bus stations are nearby, which makes it very easy to get to the Colosseum, etc. Affordable restaurants around the apartment.

Great place in Rome. Unique. Roof top patio is fabulous. Spacious apartment. Great for couples or family to have separate areas and multiple bathrooms. Bedrooms are far apart from each other and on different levels. Clean. Nice location. Great restaurants nearby. We found on street paid parking, but there’s also a garage very close. Note, as mentioned in the listing, you need to go up a lot of stairs to get into the unit. Once inside it is also multi level. This is explained, but I wanted to make sure to mention as it could be difficult for some. Great place, would stay again.

Our host was very hospitable and very kindly let us stay past our check out time as we had a late flight home. Alex was always very easy to contact and gave recommendations on where to eat ect. I would 100% recommend anyone who is visiting Rome to stay
