Everything is perfect! The host always waiting, the accommodation is very spacious, useful and beautiful, located in a good area where you can access all amenities a few steps away, all next door! Our stay was great, thank you so much for everything.

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

The owner is very quick to respond. Prior to our arrival he sent very detailed instructions on getting to the house and on local sights that are worth seeing. The house is ideal and was very clean. It has all that is needed with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. The owner is an artist and the house is decorated with his pictures. There is off street parking for two cars and there are bikes in the shed for local cycling if you wish to. Ideally located for Santander and for local sights including the mountains.

We were very comfortable in this house, it has everything, it is very new and very well decorated. Too bad we couldn't use the pool, we don't rule out repeating when the good weather arrives! It is very close to Bilbao, but with the tranquility of being on the outskirts.

David, he was super attentive. Even being contactless entry, she was noted present and the instructions she left for arrival and entry into the house were very accurate. The house was lovely, fireplace, heating, BBQ in the garden,... it wasn't missing detail. The area in which it is located is a very quiet area, ideal for people looking to disconnect and do a little hiking in the area. It is close to Reinosa where in the surroundings you can visit the nativity of the ebro, the château de argueso, the Ebro reservoir,... A local charm. We would certainly repeat. Thank you

Everything is great in general, a quiet stay with everything you need. The house is spacious and well equipped.

We stayed two couples and it was a very nice instance. The cabin is very well cared for and Toñi's treatment was impeccable, very attentive and friendly to help us with everything we needed. We went in winter and - although it is a cold area - we did not spend anything cold at home because the heating works perfect and the wood stove is very good. 100% recommended! The house was better than what was seen in the photos, the cleanliness was impeccable, we are eight and there was plenty of space, the kitchen utensils were practically new, and our host even had a medicine cabinet. Unbeatable. He also greeted us with a bottle of wine and gave us several recommendations in the area.

Very special stay and totally recommended accommodation. Maria was 100% pending, from booking to checkout. We were 8 adults and a little girl and enjoyed it. Very coquettish and equipped house. The garden is a dream. We repeat for sure!!

We were ten people, the house is very spacious and the kitchen is very complete with everything you need, good heating and without problems with the hot water, which is to be appreciated, we found soap and gel in the bathrooms, Alberto was very kind and attentive giving us all kinds of recommendations and information. It's a house that I would recommend it to everyone.

Our stay at Feli's place was great. Nothing is missing in the house (it is as if you are going to a family member's house), the garden is very good and is completely closed, we travel with our Sia galga, and it's been a pipe. Thank you Feli

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Carol has created a wonderful place and is a very welcoming host. She has shared her knowledge of the area with us, gave us some good tips about restaurants, beaches etc. Would definitely come again.

A 4 day stay passed! We have gone 6 people, we have all been very happy. Sandra left us everything we needed at the house, in addition to helping us on the first day to find it. The rooms and bathroom are like in a basement but have windows. The only thing we missed was a little wifi and that the remote control worked, but otherwise super good. We had the heating almost all day on and we didn't get cold at all. Overall, all great! Many, thank you, Sandra!

Excellent house, perfect location since it is in the middle of the countryside but at the same time very close to Santander. The garden and exteriors are gorgeous. Joaquín is very kind and attentive.

Carlo’s apartment was wonderful! My kids and dog loved the small yard and hammock. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Beautiful area and easy parking! Would stay here again.
