Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Trequanda

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Casa Bada! It is a true gem and perfect spot to enjoy Tuscany. Suzy and her family are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the most amazing gourmet four-course meal. It was the best meal we had during our two week stay in Italy. Highly recommend you book a meal while staying here. The view from the Airbnb is more beautiful than a postcard. We loved sitting outside and taking in the breathtaking views, even around Christmas time (the fireplace inside is the perfect spot to warm up). We stayed as four adults and a toddler, they provided a crib, toys and high chair which was so appreciated. It was a good size for all of us. We’re already planning our next visit!

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

My partner and I stayed for a week with our medium-sized dog. A relaxing stay, spacious and well-stocked house and a strong point in the garden! In addition to us, our dog also appreciated it so much. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful, always ready if needed Beautiful Family Living!

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

Very nice house, lovely very helpful hosts. We felt very taken care of from start to finish and they went above and beyond to help with excellent communications. The house was comfortable and clean and a perfect place to spend four days in Cortona. Enzo even went above and beyond helping me get a taxi to the train station on a holiday which was hard to do. Would stay here again!

This is our second stay at Nicola’s Airbnb. He is a one of the best hosts on Airbnb. He is also an amazing licensed tour guide. Don’t hesitate to stay there and book one of his many tours. The apartment is in a perfect location and walkable.

Mimma’s place in Florence was an amazing stay! The location was perfect—very walkable and in a safe, convenient area close to everything. The apartment was exactly as expected, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with Mimma was good; she was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I felt completely at ease and enjoyed every moment here. I will definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

It's a shame we can't put 6 stars. We had a week-long stay with family. And we just felt like we were with family with a simply great welcome. Claudia was very attentive to us. I really recommend the mirandola. Hopefully we will be back sometime.

Comfortable apartment, hosts available.

Francesca takes pride in her apartment. She lives next door, too. The apartment is well outfitted. The washer_dryer is a great addition. the walk-in shower is terrific. There is a loose outlet in the bathroom. what a great kitchen with great finishes. The appliances are all in excellent condition and clean; even a toaster. There are potholders, plastic wrap, foil. Francesca has done a great job as host.

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic:the beach(even the free one)is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the long sea(Via Italia). Excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion found (but I would like to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Fridays/Saturdays, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for noisy guys and sparkling mopeds, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that buzzes voices and noises, but fortunately Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a little old, certainly not at the height of the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

We spent two nights in this very nice mini apartment two adults and 3 boys. Everything new both in the finish and in the furnishings (also the linens of the bed and bathroom). Listed by the owner, very helpful and kind, she made us find fruits and some bottles of water in the fridge in addition to the essential for cooking (sugar, coffee, oil, salt). The apartment has a huge equipped terrace where you can have breakfast looking at the hills all around. Great location. Very close to Siena and 15 minutes from the Rapolano thermal baths. A stone's throw from the village where there are several restaurants, a pizzeria and supermarket. Highly recommended.
