The house is beautiful , very tastefully decorated. It offers the promised place with a good layout. Now in November, heating was important. The wifi is good, there is enough space to work as well. The landlords responded quickly and competently to request. The house is surrounded by a great , large garden with large , covered terrace. We were very satisfied. It couldn't be better.

Host were absolutely amazing! Very helpful with info getting from airport to house very responsive and friendly. This is place was everything we expected and more.

Gilberto and Elena were the best hosts we've ever had! They were incredibly kind and made my family and me feel right at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they were always available to help with anything we needed. The stay was comfortable, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. I highly recommend staying with them – they truly made our trip special!

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Mrs. Luisa is very accommodating. The place is breathtaking, I'm sorry we didn't stay longer because it's really beautiful. The location is great, quiet place. I highly recommend a place to stay.

It was a nice, clean, and big apartment at a quiet location. The owner was also very nice, and it was great to interact with her. This is a good place and worth of money.

The flat is fantastic, very authentic with antique furniture and detailed decoration. It’s even more impressive than in the images. It’s spacious, well equipped and welcome to explore it. The terrace is unique and well organized. Although it is very central the neighborhood is quiet. Francesca was very helpful every time I needed something. Will definitely visit again!

We had a lovely time and extended our stay because we loved it so much! The house was absolutely stunning and was well furnished and had everything we needed. The area is very walkable, grocery stores are nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away. Would absolutely recommend. We will come back for sure!!!

We were hosted very well by Giorgia. The apartment is nice. Bedrooms are large and the bathroom is also (with large shower). It was perfect to stay with our 3 big kids. The tram is a 2-minute walk away. It takes 18 minutes to reach Venice.

Maria’s apartment is located in a truly magical square in Venice. Off the beaten path, not many tourists or ticky tacky souvenir shops. The restaurants and merchants are fantastic and there’s a Coop market right next door which is incredibly convenient. We fell in love with the place and still miss it every day.

A large and beautiful apartment in a perfect location for a family of 5. Everything was clean and there were 3 lovely bathrooms. We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights in December and spent a couple of evenings at home. We cooked dinner and watched movies, and the only thing we missed in the apartment was a bigger and more comfortable sofa (some of us had to sit on the not so comfortable plastic dining chairs while watching films). The apartment has a lovely roof terrace, but unfortunately it was too cold there during Christmas to sit outside, but it is probably lovely in the summer! We would definitely recommend this nice apartment to other guests!

We loved this place. The neighborhood was perfect, the house had everything we needed, and a quiet garden to sit in after all the excitement of Venice.

Lorella was so welcoming. Very bright and bubbly personality which is very refreshing when checking in. She has been one of the nicest and accomodating hosts we have experienced. The property was immaculate, I really can’t fault it. For the price of the accomodation this really is a stand out. Garden is very well maintained and the house is beautiful. Tey is a very responsive host. We felt home from the very first moment, also because of the small welcome presents. A supermarket, a pharmacy, the bus station to get you to the ferry to Venice as well as the beach are all close by.

Thank you. For such a lovely stay in your house. It was truly fabulous. Everything that we needed was there, including condiments, coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. The communication with Irene was fabulous and she was there to welcome us. This was lovely because she showed us around the house. Irene, was available all the time and we even checks out slightly later, which was really helpful. We have been ti Venice many times and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this area. It was so close to all the attractions but at night time it was so peaceful - which was great. The garden area was lovely and I sat outside each morning and had coffee. A great stay in Venice I thank you once again.

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

very nice private accommodation in the middle of fields by the main Road. The house was clean, there was quick communication with the owner, and everything went according to the agreement. The air conditioning was great, which we used to do when we were gone, and the bedroom was so nice. Everything is modern and cozy. I recommend repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the garden. thank you for everything.

The host was warm and detailed information on how to use the house and allowed us to keep our luggage after check out.It is very easy to get to the main island, there is a 7 and 7E bus around 100m to the main island of Venice in 10 minutes. Each room is clean and tidy, recommended ~

It was an amazing vacation! The house is located in a quiet residential area, has a beautiful garden including garden furniture (pool, toys, sandbox). The place is very cozy and authentically decorated. Everything you need for a vacation is available. Since we were there in the fall, we also tried the pellet stove, which generated a beautiful, cozy warmth. The apartment was super clean. It is also great for children. The house is within walking distance of the water and beach. Here you could bathe and collect beach supplies. Jesolo, as well as shopping center/supermarket are easily accessible. At the end of the street is a wonderful little baker, we recommend the piccolo panino. Saskia was an incredibly nice host. Texted us shortly before the trip regarding the beds, what we would need for the children, bedding available... key handover very flexible and problem-free. Thank you!!!
