Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Nice small cottage/guest house of 25 sqm with its own patio and parking. Since it is open up in the large room, it gives a spacious feeling. House in Beddingestrand (Beddinge läge) located on a very quiet and private spot appr 25 meters from a beatiful and secluded beach with sandbanks. The house has three bedrooms. Two normal and one very small suitable for one person or two kids. Extra bed for infants. Stunning view over the ocean from both floors. Big garden. Nice walking paths just around the corner. Walking/cycling distance to restaurants, large bathing jetty, golf club and Smygehuk, the most southern point in Sweden (west).

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

Gamla Tullmästarvillan i Smygehamn. Ett stort hus på 170 kvm med fantastisk panoramautsikt över Smygehuk och småbåtshamnen. Från ovanvåningens sällskapsrum blickar du ut över havet som från en kommandobrygga. Tre sovrum, varav ett med wc, rymligt vardagsrum, välutrustat kök, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill och trädgård. 50 meter till havet. Smygehuk bjuder på liv och rörelse sommartid med fiskrökeri, restaurang, caféer, hantverksbodar, glasskiosk och turistbyrå. Sandstrand med bad ca 1 km bort.
