Wonderful stay at Sophie's in one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've rented. The dining/living room is spacious, welcoming and peaceful. The entire property is intelligently arranged and tastefully and elegantly decorated and furnished. The apartment is quiet and very well located. It's all about walking. In March, we had no difficulty parking nearby.

We had a lovely weekend at Alexis and Sylvia's. We often rent and it's pretty rare to feel at home so quickly. We particularly liked the bedding, the decoration, the stove, the veranda and the warm welcome from our hosts. Waking up to the sound of birds and frogs was very pleasant! We highly recommend this rental and thank Alexis and Sylvia again for hosting us, everything was perfect!

We stayed for 7 days to attend a competition at the Cadre Noir. Only a 7 min drive to the facility... easy drive to grocery (12 min), store and into Saumur. Laurence communicated before our arrival, checked in with me after we arrived, as well as 1/2 way through the week, and on our last day. He left a bottle of sparkling wine from a local winery on our last night. I took it home to remind me of our perfect stay! I would definitely rent again if we return next year. The only challenging thing was the parking. Our rental car (MG 4-door sedan) was too big to make the turn off the road through the gated shed. The grassy driveway next to the rental is actually a shared driveway. We used the option of parking in the large, open church parking lot next to The Caves restaurant. Bonus... be sure to buy your baguettes from the vending machine in the parking lot. They are fresh, cost us 1.1 euros and actually tasted better than the ones sold at the local boulengeries. -Nichole, from the US

very nice accommodation, and more spacious than the impression that I go with the photos on the listing. the kitchen is large with a family table. we feel that there was work/decor at different times, a little tinkered in places, but frankly it is not at all inconvenient and the house is comfortable. back garden with access to a river.

We were welcomed by Alfred, the kindness and desire to share the treasures of their little paradise won us over. The small touches for us and our bike are really a plus. We spent a week at Sophie and Benoît's place and were pleasantly touched by the little touches when we arrived. The apartment is in a very good location, in a quiet area. You can do everything on foot. It is true to the listing and very clean. Recommended.

The space was really perfect for our stay. It is both very accessible, clean and well maintained, with the rare advantage of accepting dogs of all sizes, which was a real plus for us. We had a great time with our dog in Raphaële and Lionel's spacious and comfortable space. Their welcome was beyond our expectations: they were very responsive, attentive to our needs, and particularly friendly, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. In addition, the listing is in a great location, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality accommodation with thoughtful hosts. If we come back to the area, we will definitely choose their place again. A big thank you to Raphaële and Lionel for their exceptional hospitality and kindness!

We had a lovely weekend with our family at this lovely house. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and located. We particularly appreciated the flexibility with the check-in and check-out time. We would have taken the sheets included and beds made but we understand the logistics associated with the number of beds! Thanks for the stay.
