Jérôme's place is super good offering a perfectly adapted and very good quality interior ( bedding,TV,wifi...) and above all a terrace with an extraordinary view that allows you to have breakfast or coffee among other things i highly recommend it

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. the residence in which the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. The accommodation is functional and located right next to the beach .

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

Great for when the weather is good and you want to go to the beach. Great if you want to go to the mountains or go to Spain!! Perpignan and the Pyrenees great and less than 45 minutes drive! Great base. The city in September is tired and closed! The cottage is super and perfect and luxurious!!! Really great!!! For the city we would not go back.. in front of the house and the beach though!!!!! ❤️

We had a couple of days, which were very lovely. The place was spacious and peaceful plus very suitable for working remotely. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and we never had issues. The location is very nice and peaceful plus not too far from the beach. Carlos as a host was just great! every time we had some questions or we needed something he was replying super quickly and in a friendly and service-oriented way. fully recommendable!

We were hosted very well by Chantal and Marijn. The accommodation is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The communication was easy and Chantal and Marijn are very responsive. We appreciated the size of the garden and the pool where we extended the evening. There is proximity to other accommodations that is to be taken into account for outdoor common parties (barbecue, covered terrace, games, pool, etc.). Have a great weekend!

Home in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating host for check out time (we wanted to enjoy the market). Perfect place for our short stay with friends. We'll be back in a heartbeat. Thanks Sabine.

No complaints about the accommodation, all the amenities are of quality (hobs, oven, fridge, ...). Air conditioning is a big plus compared to the temperatures we had. Mounaa advised us of excellent visits and we were greeted by Nathalie who was efficient and available. The accommodation is well located, walking in the pine forests, near a beautiful pond. I would highly recommend it.

We were very well received by Ludivine who is very available and responds quickly to messages. The accommodation is very clean and functional, very good bedding, the terrace which is very large is appreciable with a very convenient outdoor sink, a barbecue, close to all shops and restaurants and the small plus a dedicated parking space right in front of the accommodation, Valras is a very lively seaside resort especially in summer, you can do anything on foot, there is a crossroads and a lidl 1 km away. We loved the past 15 days, very relaxing.

The location couldn’t have been better: you’re just a stone’s throw away from a couple of the major attractions in Perpignan, as well as the tourist office. The apartment felt more spacious than it looks in the photos, to me at least. It’s very clean and tastefully decorated and there’s lots of natural light making it feel welcoming and comfortable. Matthieu is very rapid in his responses and easy to communicate with. I recommend this place without any hesitation!

The accommodation is perfect and clean, the courtyard it offers is important and it's a real plus in this area where it's very hot. It comes with a hot tub that allows you to relax. The hosts are very welcoming and the place is well located for visiting the area. It is located about 15 -20 minutes by car from the nearest beach. It's also tastefully decorated, which brings a real plus. As for parking there are two free car parks close to the rental: one which is right in front of the house and the other a few meters away. I had no problem parking. And for those who would hesitate because it is not equipped with air conditioning, the apartment is on two sides one that overlooks a very quiet street and the other on the courtyard which makes for a very pleasant draught, which is much better than an apartment with air conditioning but without a courtyard. I recommend it.

Very well located apartment, in front of the beach 2 min walk, different shops and restaurants nearby, bus stop at the bottom of the building, next to the promenade, 20 min walk to the center and rides. Functional apartment, impeccable!

Very nice weekend at Cathy's place. The sea is a stone's throw away, the views are magnificent from the apartment. Cathy is very friendly and accommodating, it's really a perfect place for a quiet break.

Francine's apartment is very nice and very well located, right next to the beach. Francine is always here to answer our questions and we thank her for the small check-in gifts as well as the basic ingredients. We would recommend this listing!

We found this place in a last minute trip, and the truth was a total success. The hosts were very attentive and the communication was fluid. The check-in process is simple, the apartment does not have parking but it is easy to park in the street, the area is quiet. The apartment is as detailed in the listing, it is a first floor without an elevator but the stairs are spacious. The apartment is renovated, clean and with everything you need to spend a quiet time, for us it was a plus that had a crib and a dining chair for our son, as well as some toys. Our cat also gave her an approved, sleeping all day as if she were home . Totally recommended, it is a place to come back and relax after spending the day out.
