⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay! We had an incredible stay from February 14th-17th at this beautiful mountain retreat. The place was absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures—with breathtaking views, a jacuzzi and sauna that made the experience extra special, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The apartment was super clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hosts, who live in the upper apartment, were amazingly kind and helpful—always available when needed but never intrusive. They even gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The next towns, with grocery stores and dining options, are just a 10-minute drive away, making everything easily accessible. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of stunning nature, thoughtful hospitality, and top-notch amenities made it an experience we can’t wait to repeat!

Amazing space , absolutely spotless and well equipped and maintained.

Jure is a very helpful and friendly person with very good knowledge about where to go and what to do in the area. His place is super clean and very peaceful. It is a brilliant base for making hiking or trekking tours. Lake Bohinj is a 10 min drive approximately, you can find restaurants at the lake or in Bohinjska Bistrica which is even closer. The lake area is amazingly rich in activities. Lake Bled is a 20 min drive and breathtaking too.

A very nice place, with good parking. The hostess is on site and very friendly. The places nearby are easy and quick to reach by car. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely sensational location right on the water of lake bled. A little hut with everything you need. Smooth check in process and clean. Only minor issue was we found the heating too warm and couldn’t really change the setting. Keep in mind the bed is upstairs and hot air rises! Overall a pleasant experience in an awesome location!

I spent New Year's Eve at Daniela's place with my boyfriend and another couple. We had a great time! Daniela was always available and welcomed us with the check-in and checkout phase and despite her clothes in the same building, she is a very discreet owner. The place is really cozy and there's really nothing missing: from the super-stocked kitchen, to the bathroom with everything you need (including pads!). I definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful house, great location, everything lovingly maintained

Arrived and felt like home! The house is well divided and the rooms are functionally furnished. Heidi replaced a no longer good mattress within a day. Great that we were allowed to use everything, we almost would have inflated the bike. Due to the fact that there is only one bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, you could hear the stairs creaking loudly at night. For us house dust allergy sufferers, the many carpets, olsters and pillows are not optimal, next time we will prevent medication, because we would like to come back. Many thanks also for the very friendly welcome and great hospitality!

We loved our stay at Sovica—it was the perfect combination of lived-in charm with comfortable amenities. It's an easy trip down to the shore whenever you're so inclined, but for us (especially as we were there in November, with the weather turning) it was especially enjoyable to be perched up in the house looking over the lake with a fire going in the wood stove, watching the day go by. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the bed was very comfortable, it was a great convenience for us several weeks into our trip to have a combined washer/dryer, etc.—everything was great.

We stayed in the fisherman's cottage for a week. Due to the storm in many parts of Austria, we had to make some compromises in our planned activities. We were able to start cycling tours to Spittal, Lake Faaker and Lake Wörthersee right outside the front door. In the evening we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The way to the city is also not far away. Our car had a perfect parking space under the carport on the premises. We will be happy to come back again, then hopefully in better weather.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week at the lake romance with Lisa-Alessa on the Magdalene Lake and felt very comfortable here. Everything you needed was there, our two Bullys (French Bulldogs) could swim here in peace and felt at home here. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage to every vacationer, it is a true holiday paradise right on a beautiful lake here.

Captain's Lodge is an absolute gem. Very. cosy and comfortable inside with all the amenities you need. The location is great - cafes, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. The hot tub was amazing Nataša was a great host. would definitely recommend Captain's Lodge and can't wait to stay there again.

There were four of us staying for a week. The apartment is a real dream and left nothing to be desired. An extremely high-quality and new equipment, a fantastic roof terrace, spacious and bright-friendly design made us feel at home. The location is great, right in the city center right on the Drau and on the old town. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen equipment is state-of-the-art, complete and prepared for every conceivable possibility. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay in Villach, this is the place to be. We can recommend this place without reservation.

If u have more time u need to enjoy everything in Mr Gregor home. Its very perfect and huge. Just for me this time im not enjoy everything because we are rushing to the visit Venice. For mr gregor. He is very friendly. U will feels like family with him. Tq so much. Will meet u again

Great warm and welcoming place, very complete apartment with everything you need, both kitchen and bathroom, lots of blankets and the possibility of having a warm fireplace. Very kind and very helpful host. Very quiet area

What an amazing spot! Great views, the landscaping and green grass allowed us to sit and picnic or hang throughout the day. Very close to Klagenfurt- stayed here for the Ironman. Would 10/10 recommend!! Thanks for hosting :)

We felt super comfortable and would book again anytime. The only thing that is a bit difficult is opening and closing the apartment door and elevator with the Nuki app. Unfortunately, this often didn't work right away.

We felt super comfortable in the apartment, everything was great: location , equipment, lake access...... Communication was also always very fast. We will definitely return in any case.

The apartment was great for two people. More people can be accommodated, but then it becomes a bit scarce. So we had enough space on the terrace with a great view of the Karawanken and the numerous paragliders. The location on the slope is of course accompanied by a corresponding drive from the valley. It takes about 15-20 minutes to make it from/to the apartment. You just have to plan that on excursions, but it's definitely worth it. At the time of our trip in August, it was very quiet. There were hardly any neighbors and you could spend lazy days on the terrace without being disturbed. It was always about 6 degrees cooler at the apartment than in the valley. With sultry 32° on Lake Ossiach, this is really a nice thing.
