Very clean and spacious apartment in the center of Catania. Friendly and helpful hosts. Recommended for a city trip to Catania. The only negative point I would like to mention is that in one of the rooms it can get quite noisy during the night because of the bars down. Nevertheless, you will be provided with earplugs.

We loved our stay in Donatella's beautiful apartment which was even better in real life than in the photos. Full of wonderful vintage furniture and design pieces, its very tastefully decorated in keeping with the era of the building. Equipped with everything we needed for a lovely relaxed week right in the centre of Catania. The location is perfect, just 10mins walk from the main square and 15mins from the train station for trips to Taormina and Syracuse. Lots of great restaurants very close by including First which we loved. The building is nice and quiet and there's a lift. It was very hard to leave at the end of our stay! Highly recommended.

Great place with all the necessary amenities and close to the centre. The host also provided some breakfast options, which was a nice touch. Communication was quick and easy.

very spacious apartment well kept and very clean. Great view from the balcony and no noise despite us being in the center during the night. Alessandra was always kind and responsive to give us always useful directions in time. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The stay in the apartment at Andrea's place was very pleasant and my partner and I spent a week relaxing. The house is well located near the center of the city of Mascalucia. Leaving on foot, a few minutes away, there are several commercial activities where you can buy goods of all kinds. We found the house very clean, equipped with every comfort in all the areas indicated in the apartment description. We even took advantage of the air conditioner (perfectly functional) and the outdoor balcony, well shaded and perfect to enjoy in the summer season. Andrea and her family are very helpful people with whom it was very easy to communicate both in messages and in person. They made us feel at home, taking care of our every request and providing many helpful tips.

Absolutely perfect spot for two couples to enjoy the best of Taormina. A five minute walk from the beautiful beach at Isola Bella and a five minute walk in the other direction to the cable car which takes you to the action of central Taormina. If you want to be able to go into central Taormina to explore restaurants and shops and then retreat to your peaceful spot near the sea — away from all the tourists — then this spot is for you. The unit itself was very comfortable and looks/feels even better than it does in the photos. And parking on site is a huge win given the space restrictions of Taormina. The host was very friendly, proactive and responsive. All around a terrific stay.

First class place to stay in a very beautiful town. Location couldn’t have been better to explore all the area, overlooking a lively square on the main street. Most places we visited were walking distance and the local buses are useful and good value. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and a great local supermarket nearby. The apartment itself was perfect for us, very well equipped and tasteful. Graziano met us on arrival and was most helpful. Happy to highly recommend.

Vincenzos place was amazing! very well located and within walking distance of shops and restaurants as well as the parking area. Home was spotless and very up to date. Washer/dryer combination was handy. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay here. My favorite part was the loft room, an awesome seafood risotto at La Conchgiglia (within walking distance), the sea/Etna views, and taking a sunset swim in the Ionian Sea (yes, in late November-YOLO!). Thanks, Chiara & Michele!

I would highly recommend Demetra's place. We spent 7 days in her studio apartment. Everything is as presented in the pictures. We really enjoyed the small balcony. The neighbors were very friendly, and there were a lot of cats on the street—lovely cats! We fed them all, and people were very grateful for it. We made some nice connections with locals in Catania. It's a very good location, close to everything in the city center. As walking lovers, we really enjoyed strolling to the train station. Catania is great; the coffee is amazing, the gelato is delicious, and the food is wonderful! There were desserts for breakfast every day! The distances between cities and beaches are worth it, taking a maximum of 1 to 1.5 hours. Public transport is great and always on time. We will definitely come back after the New Year! ✨️

I had a wonderful stay at this AirBnB, and I can confidently rate it a 10 out of 10! The apartment was exactly as described. I especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my visit. The location was perfect, nestled on a charming countryside. The view was incredible! What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Their willingness to go above and beyond truly enhanced my experience and made me feel at home. I can highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay with Giuseppe and Nina. They were both very helpful in helping us get to Taormina, providing endless recommendations, and providing daily parking (for a daily fee + tourist tax.) The apartment is very quiet yet remarkably close to the entrance to the main strip of Taormina. The facilities are nice and the bedding allows for a good night's sleep. It's worth noting that you have to walk up a flight of stairs from the parking garage to get to this unit, so it's advisable to pack light! The grocery store is within walking distance and many of Taormina's main attractions and restaurants are also within walking distance. The unit was in good condition - could use a little love and care to some fixtures but overall it was a great stay and we are grateful for everything we received!

A great place and amazing hosts. We stayed here for 9 nights with our 1.5-year-old son. There were lots of toys and children's stuff ready. The courtyard garden is fantastic, the house is large and comfortable. Almost everything was present in the kitchen and bathroom. A supermarket, coffee shops, bakeries within tripping distance. The rest also close if you have a car. Lots of nice getaways made. The host often checked on how we were doing. They brought us umbrellas and kept us posted when there was a weather alarm. Super caring! Thank you!

Really excellent stay. We were here for a few days, place was clean and well located. Danilo was a really responsive host. Hot tub was great way to relax after long day!

Francesco’s place is one where you can comfortably stay long term. We stayed for a month. He thought of everything you would need. Good AC. All toiletries are available. He even provided the kitchen with Saran Wrap and parchment paper. Basic kitchen ingredients for cooking are available like, flour, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, and sugar. The fridge even contained 2 big bottles of water. He is very responsive. We feel like we gained a friend in Catania. His place is a few minutes walk from good restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, and fresh open markets. The main bus station to do day trips to other towns like Noto, Siracusa, Taormina, Agrigento, Palermo, is only a 15 minute walk. The TV has you tube, and Netflix that you can sign in with your own account. Even our US acct worked. Francesco checked on us every few days just to see how we are doing. We wouldn’t hesitate to use his apartment again if we ever come back and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

August was an excellent host. Friendly, easy to communicate with, nothing was a problem for him. The spacious well equipped apartment is perfectly located in the old part of Catania. Amazing duomo with spectacular Xmas markets.

Enjoyed the location -walkable to restaurants, sites, bus and metro. Cori was very accommodating and quick to respond. A great stay!

Top, well designed and furnished, comfortable beds, the host warned us properlly that there was problem with the washing machine, nice location. We would be happy to come again.

This place was completely as advertised! Small but with everything you need and more. (I also mentioned that I would have paid more for such a nice place!) It was spotlessly clean and while we didn't actually use the jacuzzi, it was nice knowing that we could have at any time. It was very quiet and on the ground floor so easily accessible. Netflix was also included which is always a bonus for a stay in a foreign land 😁. We also went to a restaurant literally 1 min walk away called Re Carlo V (twice) and had fantastic food although it would not be considered a 'nice' restaurant but it was extremely convenient.

The appartement was more than expected! The photos are already beautiful but in reality it is even better, we were stunned About the balcony and the rooftop with amazing vieuw! Every morning we had breakfast with sunrise. The night of Arrival we were very late, Giovanni made sure we had Some food and drinks. Very good host! Taormina is beautiful and has so many choiches in restaurants, bars and amazing stores. With just a few minutes of Walking you will be at the cable car wich lead to the beautiful beach isola bella. The appartement is very clean, great bathrooms and nice beds. Whe had an amazing stay here, 5 stars from us ✨

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia's place. It is the perfect set up for 3 or even 4 individuals. It is perfectly located and 2 minutes to all the shops in Mascalucia. You can get your breakfast and a cup of espresso or a cappuccino at many places. Even a full grocery store is less than 5 minutes. The location is also very central to visiting Catania and Etna and we also made day trips to Taormina and Siracusa (both about 1 hour away.) The place has all the essentials including a washing machine. Only recommendation is to potentially replace the couch soon as it is a bit old but overall worth the price and a great stay. The accommodation is in a great location for visiting the historic center of Catania. You can get everywhere on foot. Diego is a warm, welcoming host and gives helpful tips and suggestions for sightseeing. We can request it without a problem and he is very responsive.

Very clean, spacious apartment within walking distance of the old town. Fernando was a very helpful host and was very quick to reach. The apartment was very well appointed, even with detergent, spices and several types of coffee/ tea. Thank you for the little treats. Unfortunately, some sounds/ loud voices from passers-by could be heard from the street at night.
