Vacation rentals with a pool in Treasure Beach

Amazing amazing amazing! Tutrles Nest is a 5 star stay and Lucy is a super host! She helped us book an extremely last minute stay for a few nights and was very responsive and helpful in getting us set up. Zeb and the rest of the staff including the adorable and loyal Sugar and Spice (dogs) were there to great us as soon as we arrived and made us feel at home. The house is brilliantly designed, very modern, clean and has everything you need. The bedrooms are very comfortable and have ac. The pool is clean and always at the perfect temperature. And the beach!! Right in sight wherever you are in the house and especially enjoyable from the shaded gazebo. The beach directly in front of the house is a little rough sometimes but if you walk 60 seconds you get to a "private" beach that is very calm. Most days we were the only ones maybe 2 days we saw 2 people but asides from that this is the definition of a private beach and relaxing stay. Thank you Lucy we are planning on coming back!!

Excellent, excellent stay. Family totally enjoyed. Melly’s cooking was super and Randy gave great support. Loved the neighborhood. Loved the property. All enjoyed the pool and the short walk to a nice small beach area. Loved the dogs Lulu and Metoo. Lulu walked us to the beach and swam with us. Wife and I were born in Jamaica and coming to Sarah’s property shows her love for Jamaica and our Jamaican people. Thanks Sarah, Annie, Melly and Randy. My daughter and family have been to many places and trips but they said this was their best vacation ever. Treasure Beach and the Hummingbird Cottage is on the must return list! One love!

My family and I had an amazing time at this villa. Carla…your host definitely pays attention to details. She always responded in a timely manner…Everything you need it there. I found my linens and bathroom to be clean….Mark who is the Chef is an awesome cook and an amazing person. He was very accommodating, prepared us the best meals always very willing to help. He definitely made our trip home a great experience. Collett who is the Cleaning Lady was very pleasant and helpful. The only reason I can’t say more about Collett is because she was not there every day. She is called as needed. But Carla definitely has a great staff working for her. Do not hesitate to book this Villa. The only regret I had was my vacation ended too soon. Gem

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was very relaxing and peaceful there. We felt so at home, we didn’t want to leave. We look forward to visiting again soon.

From start to end our stay at Upful was delightful. Deika was so responsive & helpful with suggestions. The home is as described, beautifully designed with different nooks to gather and the best sea breeze blowing through. As 4 couples we loved each room with its own privacy and the gathering spot by the pool. It made for a special 50th birthday for my husband. The location in Old Wharf is close to a lot to do, great for walks and dining options however, do not miss out on having Chevell and Frieda cook for you! Everything they prepared was delish! They are excellent cooks. Definitely an awesome stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This house is beautiful, elegant, spacious, clean, and modern! Jenniel is so kind and welcoming. We stayed here in June 2024 and came back in November because it was just an amazing experience! Jenniel we will definitely be back. We are so grateful for your hospitality and kind spirit.

Truly a one of a kind place. From our first communication Annabelle was extremely responsive, helpful and proactive in helping us arrange our stay very last minute. She helped arrange transportation and even helped us arrange a special delivery we needed from the other side of the island which was incredibly generous and so helpful of her, she is very kind and has a great desire to help others. Then there's the amazing Polly and Petagaye duo who literally take care of everything you need, cook amazing food and are so warm and welcoming, thank you both for making our stay so special. And finally the place itself is spectacular, very cottage vibes, right on the water you can hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep. We were hesitant at first about the beach but it really is like having a whole beach to yourself, there was maybe 1 day where we saw 2 people but asides from that complete isolation. And you have to try the outdoor shower incredible, Definetley will be back :)

This was our 2nd trip to Treasure Beach, and we will be back. Sarah's pictures and description don't begin to describe how beautiful Sanguine Villa is. We love the peace and quiet of the TB community, and how friendly and welcoming everyone is. We swam for hours everyday in the warm ocean water, and slept really well in the comfortable bed with the sound of the surf just outside. Sarah was very responsive to all our requests and we highly recommend you let Mario and Pete drive you around. Mario took us to YS Falls which was wonderful and taught us all about the the natural wonders of Jamaica along the way. Great driving and we felt very safe in his care. Latoya's special care and fabulous cooking were a highlight for us. Her curried shrimp was seriously delicious and her loving spirit made us feel at home. We honestly can't say enough, just book your trip, you will be very happy you did!

A beautiful private cabin that offers peace calm and serenity. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, end the day with breath taking sunset on the patio. The cabin overlooks a lake. Enjoyed my stay. The host was awesome and quick to response to any questions.
