Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Trappeto

We were welcomed in the street and helped inside with our luggage which was great since we were travelling with our seven month old. We were there in October so probably somewhat out of season, meaning it was fairly quiet. There's a small café just down the street which is also where you can cross the rail road to the beach. We almost had the beach to ourselves whenever we went. We parked in the street just outside the building. All in all it was a good stay.

I wish I could give 10 ⭐️! Lory was exceptional! She picked us up at the bus stop in Palermo and brought us to the house. She lives in another unit so she was always available for questions and just to say hello. The home was perfect for us and our little dog. Lory gave us recommendations for shopping and restaurants. I wanted to buy special Sicilian pasta to bring home and Lory actually went out and bought it for me. She obviously takes pride in her work and home. We would stay there again when we come to Mondello. I highly recommend this home and location. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Everything was within walking distance of the accommodation and we felt very comfortable. On the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the city and on the balcony of the room we liked to drink our coffee in the morning.

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

Bendetto and his family showed us real Sicilian hospitality! Amazing host and very helpful . The place is located in walking distance to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and everything needed is provided. We had a great time !

Our days at Guiseppe's were very nice! We came as a couple and found the size of the place perfect. You have a demarcated kitchen that is very well equipped and 2 separate bathrooms. The garden is nice and quiet and in the apartment you also get little - nothing of the main street. In three minutes you will find a beautiful small harbor with great excursions, an attached nature reserve for hiking and a few swimming spots. One stop further there is a large sandy beach, which we drove to again and again if we wanted variety. Overall, the place is quiet and cozy. Guiseppe was extremely accommodating, gave us great tips and always respected our privacy. Everything was clean and cozy! All in all, great! We will be back! :))

Maicol was an amazing host! He was so responsive i got whiplash haha. Internet was down and I am so use to other host not respond I just dealt with it but 2 days later I decided to send Maicol a message and I wish I had contacted him sooner, he walked me through resetting the router and problem solved in 3 minutes! Thanks Maicol, I highly recommend this place!!

Louisa’s place was simply fantastic! It was bang in the centre of Palermo, literally seconds from amazing restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos, with the sun terrace being a true highlight. Louisa was probably the friendliest host we have had the joy of meeting; attentive, communicative, flexible and proactive. She left us with excellent recommendations about the area and truly couldn’t do enough to make our stay as good as possible. I would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

Fantastic host. Picked us up and took us to the airport. Available and responded promptly to messages. 5* service given by Salvatore. The view is amazing ! You get plenty of sunshine in the morning. There is a road below the apartment before you get to the pebbly beach which can be loud at times but after a while you forget about it because it is an otherwise peaceful place with a great view and is relaxing. The town is about 30 minute drive away, there are no nearby shops or restaurants to walk to but there is a food delivery service which came in handy. Overall wonderful stay, I would go back !

Antonio’s place is an like an oasis of peace and beauty from busy life! The view is literally to die for!! Antonio and his sister were always helpful giving recommendations and even helping us organise a boat to rent in off season! There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walking down the hill, and besides that there is hardly anyone or anything - super peaceful and private! We loved watching the sunrise and spending time in the nearby village!

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Lucia. Everything was perfect other than we wished we could have stayed longer. The view was spectacular and the Villa itself met all of our needs. The small house in the back was perfect for our daughter and her boyfriend. We also had a blast making pizzas using the pizza oven on site. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Wonderful villa, beautiful indoors and outdoors, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you could need, super clean, spacious and peaceful. Good size swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers to hang out and watch the beautiful mountains. Loved the outdoor kitchen with good size bbq. Great base to explore the northwest and west of Sicily. Castellammare del Golfo has many great restaurants (don’t mis La Tonnara) and is a beautiful town. We also loved our hike in Monte Cofano. Communication with Nicole was excellent, pro-active, friendly and fast responding throughout our stay. Extremely good value for money, we stayed in more expensive places in Sicily that were nowhere near as nice. We would certainly come back

A magnificent house with a breathtaking sea view. Ideal for families looking to spend quality time together in a quiet area. There are plenty of activities to do in the area, but you need a car. The house itself was beyond expectations, has all facilities, and invites to live outdoors. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen, preparing an omelette while enjoying the sea view, I will never forget. Enjoying the evening from the very large Spa and taking an outdoor shower, we were totally unwinded after our week. Sicily is also such a great place. Special thanks to Francesco and his team for the hospitality and accurate communication.

Fiorella warmly greeted us and showed us the space. The space itself was incredible - 3 private terraces! In a great location in downtown Palermo. It is a charming old building which means heat only in bed rooms and some quirky electrical things which was not a problem for us at all. We hope to come again!!!

We spend one week in Sicily and this place was the best we stayed during our trip. The apartment was like museum - you can feel the Sicilian atmosphere everywhere. Actually we felt like in some kind of Italian movie. The hosts were suuuper friendly and helpful. They let us park the car after check-out while we explored the city. Also helped to solve small problems. Rare find in Palermo!

Everything excellent! Emanuele took great care of us and even warned us about the treacherous sea. The attic apartment is great and exactly as shown. Only with the pricing, everything should be better priced. It was a surprise to pay for bed linen/terry towels separately. I would always price everything in and work with weekly discounts. So it is clear short = more expensive (legitimate). Once that's fixed, it can't get any better.

Gabriele's accommodation is very nice, very clean, carefully decorated, with lots of utensils. There are a lot more things than mentioned in the listing, it was a pleasant surprise. We didn't want for anything. Gabriel is very available and answers any questions very quickly. We are really delighted with our stay at Gabriele's.

Claudio and Giuliana are kind people and always available for any need. The house is well located in the historic center of Palermo from which you can reach all the historical and cultural sights of the city.

Margo has an amazing house in lovely surroundings where there is peace and quiet. There are manageable distances to nearby towns, which is why it's a good starting point for exploring west Sicily. Margo was quick and good at communicating, as well as giving advice and recommendations for what to see and experience. We stayed at the house for 5 weeks and quickly felt at home 🤗 We definitely recommend staying at Margo's house, we hope to be able to come back sometime in the future. Thank you !

We had a great stay in San Vito for a week. Eleonora provided helpful instructions before we arrived and was responsive when we had questions during our stay. The apartment is as described and very comfortable for two people. We especially liked the kitchen and proper double bed (not always common in Europe). The area is very peaceful and convenient to get to the restaurants in the town.

A lovely apartment overlooking the water, just 100 meters from the beach. A good location not far from the airport, close to a nice pizzeria and an ice cream parlor. Very good communication with the host and a friendly welcome. Good beds.
