Brian’s place is brilliant and located in a very quiet location in the hills away from the buzz. it is very well designed and has a modern chic feel. Great attention to detail - very well appointed kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The patio is the cherry on the top with a fire pit and various sitting options. Brian is very prompt in his responses and very helpful with knowledge of local joints - we tried each one of his breweries and eateries suggestions. The place is a short drive to the entrance of the Pisgah national forest as well as to downtown Brevard. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed every moment!

Perfect little space for a quiet weekend in Brevard, close to everything!

Place was amazing, nestled atop a hill. The place seemed brand new as it still had the clean brand new paint smell. Just note: the cabin is on a small hill and rocky road to get to it so make sure your vehicle is capable. Also ceilings upstairs were a little low good thing my whole party were short. There may be some issues with plumbing after the renovation because shower was boiling hot then cold after 5 mins, nothing in between. Other than that location was great, close to great restaurants and shops and only 8 mins drive to rainbow falls trail. Would stay there again and host was very friendly and responsive.

Maggie's apartment is everything we expected and more. It is elegantly decorated with comforts of home. It would be difficult to find accomodations more centrally located to shopping destinations and restaurants. Importantly, it is very quiet. We look forward to visiting again!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view of the mountainous horizon was amazing, and the house was clean, tidy, and super adorable. Alex was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The space was perfectly organized and stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted— a well-equipped kitchenette, wood for a fire, local guidebooks and maps, plus a great selection of games and books. The location was ideal, too—close to trails and plenty of outdoor activities, (which we took full advantage of) with a lovely view of the mountains. Our only regret is not staying longer! I highly recommend booking a stay here!!

In the aftermath of Helene, facing the seventh day without power or water we found refuge here in this awesome space with a great family. They had lowered rates and welcomed us to stay. This was a rare occasion where the place was actually even nicer than the photos convey. Of course after six days without running water it wouldn’t take much to impress but this exceeded expectations. The great room is as spacious as it looks (no wide angle trickery). The art and decor is so fun and there is so much local art to enjoy right inside. The extra touches the hosts provide, such as yummy snacks and beverage and all the toiletries you could need go above and beyond any air bnb I’ve stayed in. They have thought of everything! My kids so appreciated the entertainment options (sound system is incredible) and Pac-man machine. Fire pit/private yard is great! The whole family was friendly and welcoming. Not enough characters to let me say all the things! Super cool spot 💯Recommend!

We had a delightful one-month stay at Andrea's cute house in Brevard! We loved walking our dogs in the neighborhood and could even walk to downtown to have coffee, window shop, or go to the Transylvania public library. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed and we really settled in for our long stay. We've already booked again for next summer -- so that certainly verifies that we were very happy with our stay. (Oh, and we had three white squirrels who ran between our backyard and the next door neighbor's! We immediately bought them peanuts to put on the back deck railing -- and they came daily to visit!)

This was our second stay here for our multigenerational family of four while visiting Brevard-based family over Christmas. Grammy had her own “wing” with a door between it and the rest of the house so differing bedtimes didn’t disturb. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook brunch for the rest of the family on Boxing Day. The kind touch of a lovely Christmas tree made it feel more like home.

Location is great, initially was good on communication and then was very slow towards responding questions.

They are supper great host, I put it the wrong date. They generositly allow me to live the second day which is the day I actually arrived for no charge. They communicates supper fast and welcoming! Definitely great choice if you planning on visit here to see the Pretty Place chapel. NC is such a beautiful place, and their house is this private and quiet place to fully experience NC’s beauty.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Matthew’s. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed walking to King Street for dinner and music and the Morning social for brunch. Beds comfy and shower head in main bath is wonderful. Matthew and Heidi were great and we had no issues. Bike and walking path nearby goes to breweries or the Pisgah Forest. Affordable and cute but very nice and equipped. Huge, fenced in yard and firepit. King Master w full bath. We hope to return!

Definitely highly recommend! Sometimes when you book a new Airbnb you aren’t sure what you are going to get, but this place was even more wonderful than expected - Jose was super communicative, especially through the unknowns of the recent hurricanes - kept us informed and up to date the whole time. He also was flexible with our shifting plans which was really appreciated. The home was very clean, spacious and beautiful - we definitely look forward to being there again soon!

Lots to do in Cashiers, Sylva, and Highlands. Ride the Smoky Mt. Railroad in Bryson City and be sure to eat at the Smokehouse in Cashiers. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Had a great time!

A beautiful place to stay, the condo is beyond beautiful and so comfortable, peaceful and quiet. A large place to stay for a great price, it's so worth it. The views from every patio on each side of the condo are breathtaking, I woke up every morning to have my coffee on the patio while watching bunnies run around the back yard. this location is so close to a pretty place, it took less than 20 min to reach it. I will be returning to stay here. my fiance and I really enjoyed our stay. Pumpkintown general store and Cafe is a must, you have to stop here and have breakfast. Great food at a very low price, wonderful atmosphere. This whole town is just full of great people and places.

Great family place to stay, the condo was big and spacious and clean. Will be back to explore again in the summer or fall

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!
