The villa on stilts is superb, within walking distance of Lanta's old town. Everything was perfect in the house, very spacious. We were two couples . There is a bathroom in all 3 bedrooms. The terrace is beautiful. Jennifer is very friendly and responsive. She allowed us to arrive earlier to drop off our bags. She arranged our transfer from the pier and the rental of a vehicle from the neighbors, which was very convenient. We recommend this location .

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful home, and it was nothing short of magical. The house itself is so thoughtfully designed, solidly built, full of charm, and located in a peaceful area. It’s closed to great beaches on the island, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure alike. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Wara. One of our friends unfortunately had a scooter accident during our trip, and Wara stepped in like a guardian angel. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, showing us kindness and support that felt incredibly rare and deeply genuine. It wasn’t just about hospitality, it was about human connection, and Wara’s warmth and care made us feel like family. This wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience filled with comfort, compassion, and memories we’ll cherish forever. Wara, thank you for everything. We will be back!

Considering the price, this is a gem. I always made sure that I was home to read in the hammock during high tide. Working from here was a blast with such an incredible view: I saw Kites and Eagles hunting daily. I wish I could have stayed longer. Bare in mind the cost and that this is not a hotel and you will love it.

Could not recommend more highly! Sara's place exceeded our expectations. Super friendly team, local recommendations, helped us sort everything we needed. In an amazing part of the island. We even woke up to monkeys outside our room, which was wonderful. Thank you for such a special stay.

A true home away from home There are many villas/properties available in Lanta, and they are nice buildings…but not a home. But the Perch Villa is just that - a true home away from home. You feel the tranquility the moment you step to the front gate and have the spectacular and unobstructed view of the ocean. Everything in the house is at a very high standard. But it is not just the house, but also the property manager Jan and the owner himself that cares so deeply about their guests and their wellbeing! This was our second long-term stay, and we are already booking for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay, house was beautifully kept. Short ride away from beaches. Monica was extremely helpful in communicating prior to arrival and during stay. Khun Raths (helper) was very helpful in checking in and out. Great stay definitely would come again, thank you.

I first came to Thailand, 19 years ago. Have lived here full-time for more than half of those years. Travel all over Thailand north the south east to west. Will be designing and building a home here in Thailand soon. This place was absolutely perfectly designed for what my wife and I are looking for. Not only was this a great vacation location, it inspired us with many ideas for our new home. We loved it. our hosts were absolutely top notch.

Had a great stay here. Pete was fantastic and helped us out a lot. Lot of great restaurants nearby. Only issue we had was air con could have been a bit cooler, even with the extra fan it was still a bit warm for us. Would definitely recommend!

We loved Wooda House and especially Maayan and Mon as hosts! The house looks exactly like the pictures, the description is very accurate. Mayaan and Mon are warm, accommodating and likeable people who made us feel at home. It couldn't have been better, we'd love to come back!
