Vacation rentals with lake access in Tracy City

The home is beautiful and Daniel has a keen eye for decorating and design. The upstairs balcony overlooking the Tennessee River gorge is an especially delightful space. The master bedroom shower was a treat. Daniel couldn’t have been more accommodating.

We had a great stay at Gary’s place and enjoyed all of the amenities and nearby hiking.

Very nice place. It was very comfortable, clean, and very close to the state park which was the main reason we wanted to go. Will definitely be staying again.

Return House was exactly what we needed for a perfect weekend in Sewanee. The location is very close to the University of this South, and yet feels like it is secluded in the forest. Michael’s home is warm and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed listening to the birds while enjoying my morning coffee on the deck. Check in was easy and Michael is a great host. We will definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed staying at Kari’s house. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook group meals. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to walk around. The grill and patio was a great setting for the warm evening dinner. Dog friendly!

This was the absolute best stay! The house was so beautiful and spotless! The decor was so unique, we loved the style! We had everything we needed for a quick getaway! We will absolutely be back!

Enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for exploring Chattanooga. The house was very comfortable for our large family. The river setting was awesome and we took advantage of being able to hang out outdoors on the deck and around the fire pit. We earned points with our adult children by staying here.

We had a couple families in town attending an event nearby. The photos don't do the house justice, and the house looks amazing in the photos. There was ample space for our group, easy to cook and hangout in the house. We ended up doing more in the house instead of going out because of how nice it was. Our only regret was it was cold outside so we didn't take advantage of the big deck, firepit or the lake. We are already talking about coming back in warmer months!

This was a very nice stay! So close to everything but it feels like you are way outside of the city. Very clean. Exactly as described. Beautiful view of sunrises!

My fiancé and I came to visit the area because we were attending a dance competition for his daughters. The area is very beautiful. Mr. Gary was very kind and responsive. The weekend we attended had severe weather that came out of nowhere. We were sight seeing and he alerted us on what was going to happen and how to prepare for safety. Thank you Mr. Gary for the incredible service and hospitality.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful one bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment was incredibly spacious and provided ample storage, which made our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the space was outstanding—quite possibly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy the breathtaking view of the river, which made our time there truly special. While we had a fantastic experience overall, there were a couple of things we wanted to note for future guests. The apartment is located near a rather busy highway and we could hear traffic noise throughout the day and night. Additionally, because the property has adjoining apartments, we were a bit conscious of the sounds we made and the ones coming from neighboring units.

We really enjoyed this cozy apartment with a flare. The accent brick walls were kept of the original facade and it looks great! Comfortable bed and pillows! Next to everything we need. Just a note: three flights of stairs so not for the physically challenged. We would stay again!

It was beautiful condo and an even better view of the river. Very peaceful! We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive. We had a couple little issues the night of check in but they were addressed and fixed right away. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

Teresa and Dan's Sewanee Cottage surpassed all our expectations! It was not only spotlessly clean and completely outfitted for our stay; every detail was provided for. The setting is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer and other wildlife from full length windows and the screened porch. The whole experience was delightful. Thank you, Teresa and Dan.

Visiting our son at nearby Sewanee, we felt as though we had a "home away from home." The surrounding woods were especially beautiful in early fall.

Beautiful and peaceful stay on a private lake, the paddle boat was an awesome addition. House was well stocked with everything you'd need, decent internet connection given the location. Would highly recommend!

We were a little confused when we put the address in the GPS, there is another address in the Airbnb app and in another message there was a different address that takes you to another place 12 minutes away, but when we realized this we were able to get to the Cottage, nothing that was a problem, but we were confused at first, but overall the house is incredible, everything is very well equipped, very new house, the barbecue was not working perfectly, but we were able to fix a problem that had with the Burners, the Dishwasher is small, the lake had a low water level, it seemed to us that it is an incredible place to go in the summer, in other seasons it seems to be empty, as it was the days we were there. The Marina has a restaurant that was closed every day we were there. Regarding wildlife we ​​saw some Deer the days we were there, but that's it, but overall being inside the house is incredible.

We shot up to explore all of the hiking options in Tracy City and ended up loving the community of this AirBnB even more than the park! We kayaked for the first time, went fishing, played at the playground. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We didn’t bring our dogs this time but definitely will next time! Extremely dog friendly place! We loved all the little notes around the cottage and especially loved the owners food recommendations posted on the fridge. Would love to stay again ☺️

Great place, very clean

Hands down, one of our favorite places. The kids wanted to do something other than Florida. What kind of kid says that? so we came to Chattanooga, something closer to home. We had an absolute blast and the kids loved it better than Florida. We will be back. Thank you for making this such a memorable vacay ❤️
